These rock. I have had so many problems with adult acne lately and at the first sign of a pimple I put these on for a couple nights. Not only does the pimple not get as inflamed, but there’s zero scaring and having the patch on prevents me from picking at it! I have quite a reduction in scaring now as well! I use them on my chest as well as my face!

I loved these patches! I had tried other blemish patches previously and they didn’t work nearly as well. It works best on my face after I broke the skin on a blemish to suck all of the gunk out.

I love the mighty patch!!! they work so well. I found they work Better than all other pimple patch brands so I really trust the brand as a whole.

These work really well! I put them on at night and it shrinks and heals blemishes so much quicker than any topical cream treatment.

It gets rid of pimples great but in my experience I had to use it twice on a pimple to make sure it’s really gone

Very simple and easy to use, loved that I could wear it over night or even during the day it wasn’t too noticeable

I think these patches work pretty well (definitely better than drugstore brand) but not as well as other higher-end brands.

i rly love this product! slap it on for 12 hours, sheer enough to wear out in public and voila! most of the white and size from a pimple is gone. its helps me stop picking at my zits

This is one of my favorite products for addressing my pimples. Whenever I feel an incoming blemish, I would put one on so that I don’t accidentally rub on it and to also protect it from other environmental factors. It usually helps make my pimples less inflamed and smaller. It does suck out the white gunk on the blemish depending on how far it has progressed (doesn’t happen all the time, depends on the type of blemish you put it on). Overall amazing product but there is just one size available so you can’t really customize the size of the patch to the size of the pimple and may feel like a waste using such large patches on some tiny pimples.

i have grown up with a lot of cystic/hormonal acne and these pimple parches TRULY suck out the gunk and absolutely decrease the time that i have a spot, 10/10 would recommend i've tried all of the different lines but always go back to the originals.

I’ve only used the mighty patches but I am obsessed with them. I can tell a noticeable difference between when I use one of the patches on a blemish vs when I try to let one heal by itself.

The Mighty Patch is just OK. It works slowly, I will use a patch consistently for 1-2 days with minimal improvement. I usually lose patience and end up popping any blemishes. The Rescue Balm however is fabulous for post-breakout use, and I feel like it helps my acne scars heal much faster. Love that I can easily purchase Hero products at my local Target.

I bought this for my teenage kids. 1 girl, 2 boys. All with different skin types & different levels of acne. They all loved the product.

Truly makes a huge difference for blemish treatment. I use these whenever I feel a deep blemish forming or for any stubborn blemish that continually returns after expressing it. These patches stay on the skin well and drain blemishes while I’m sleeping. I often have blemishes fully resolve in just 1-2 uses. They are discreet and can be worn in public without being too noticeable but I leave them on while sleeping. This brand has been superior to other brands I have tried.

I think they are great. I'm a big fan of acne patches, I would say that these are a bit on the pricier side. I have tried a few versions of the Mighty Patch (original, micropoint for blemishes and dark spots, invisible, and the larger surface one). My favorites were the micropoint and invisible ones. I found that the large surface one if left for more than 8 hours it almost kind of melts, sorry not sure how else to describe it, and makes it a little hard to remove. But overall, great product and lots of variety.

I that these actually cover up my blemish, blends well into my skin tone (it seems like it will blend into any skin tone). Unfortunately I don’t feel like this takes down my blemish without using multiple patches over several days.

I absolutely love Hero Costmetics' Mighty Patches! My swollen acne goes down overnight when using these. They're perfect if you're also a picker - blocking you from the blemish.

Does what it's supposed to, but I find the product a bit "heavy" on my face. The adhesive is also a bit strong and sometime residual stickiness remains after removal, especially when on for long period of time/overnight
