Reviews mention

  • Overnight, reliable blemish flattening
  • Discreet, skin-blurring patches
  • Satisfying impurity extraction
  • Consistent, high-quality adhesion
  • Limited deep-cystic efficacy
  • Occasional adhesive irritation
  • Edges can visibly lift
  • Residual circle discoloration

Hero Cosmetics earns high marks in reviews for Mighty Patch, which consistently flattens whiteheads overnight, curbs picking, and blends discreetly on skin—especially the Invisible+ and Surface patches. Reviews also flag limits: minimal effect on deep, cystic or under‑the‑skin pimples, occasional irritation or circle marks, edges that can lift, and frequent comparisons to cheaper hydrocolloid alternatives; packaging waste and price sensitivity recur.

  • I have used the invisible mighty patches. I've found that they work best on pimples that are about to burst. They stick really well even if I wash the rest of my face and they do a pretty good job of blending in to my skin so you don't really notice it unless you're really looking for it. They do a great job of sucking all the gunk out - the longer I leave it on, the more it gets; I usually keep one on for at least 12 hours.

The adhesive residue is very sticky and hard to get off even with face cleanser

  • Much better than popping a pimple. Although not cheap, these will reduce the time of acne and Eli ate the redness.

  • I think this product is great! I used it for a pesky pimple that was painful to touch, and it was subdued the next morning.

    More sticker size variation?

  • This shit works. Great for when you have a pimple coming on and can apply a patch overnight (or during the day too!). I typically need two days for this to completely get rid of any white heads/pimples.

  • I don’t normally breakout. Once a month maybe around that time or if I wear makeup. I used this when I got a pimple I didn’t want to pop it and leave a scar so I went out and got these from target. After using it for a few hours the patch got all the puss from my pimple and the pimple went down I highly recommend these and a lot lot come in the pack and last a long time if you don’t break out often

I would create pimple patches that are inclusive for all skin tones. I found that the invisible pimple patch was still visible on my skin.

  • These are a really good alternative to popping pimples, much less damaging to the skin and reduce the chances of scaring.

  • This technology actually works to heal blemishes quickly. It also helps prevent picking and protects from bacteria too.

  • I can’t recommend the patches enough. They will bring out all the gunk. They stick so well, don’t peel up at the edges or fall off.

  • A bit disappointed at the effectiveness (when compared to other cheaper brands). However, if you buy one of the options go with the original (red). The others aren't helpful/ worth the extra money.

  • This brand is really works wonders on acne prone skin and it’s affordable which makes it a plus

I wish their patches cans with more

  • These are a lifesaver. They're widely available, cost per patch is better than most in the market and there is a variety of products for different issues.

  • Only gave this 4 stars because I usually forget I have them, and walk around with one in the middle of my forehead. Works well otherwise.

    Nothing, work well.

  • You have to have a really ripe white head for these to work. And a lot of times it takes quite a few patches to get all the gunk out. Which gets expensive for people with acne (their target demo). Brands like Cosrx on Amazon work the same (practically identical product) & are way cheaper.

    Feedback

Be more transparent about how they only work for one type of pimple when it’s at its biggest. Also don’t be overpriced

  • Works very well and comfortable to use. I’ve also tried the similar product from CosRX and find them comparable. The CosRX are a little harder to find but maybe a little less expensive. I’m glad to be able to buy these at major retailers.

    Better value for money

  • Very easy to use. Also effective

I think having larger packs for people who get a lot of smaller pimples would be helpful

  • I use several products from hero cosmetics and i have loved every one of them!

    Feedback

i would say maybe adding more sizes of pimple patches! i often find myself cutting the larger strips to fit specific areas!

  • Hero is the first brand of hydrocolloid patches I tried, and the Invisible patches have become a staple for me. I have tried other brands, but always come back to Hero. I also use the nose patches and color correcting rescue balm. Having these products to fall back on while I figure out what's going on with my skin has relieved a lot of stress and anxiety. When my skin is irritated and breaking out, I have a plan of action with this collection of products.

  • I love Mighty Patch! I got samples of their original patch, Superlight Sunscreen, and the rescue balm, and it's definitely helped my skin compared to other pimple patch brands.

    Feedback

I wish the white cast on the Superlight Sunscreen wasn't as noticeable. Knowing that you have to wear a lot of sunscreen, it's very hard to work it into my skin to make the color disappear.

  • Hero Cosmetics is a lovely brand. I’ve tried all of their pimple patches, their sunscreen, their lightning wand, and their rescue balm. Safe to say I am a fan. I’ve liked every product, some more than others, like the pimple patches are definitely a holy grail for me, but what I really love is the branding. It’s no nonsense, I don’t feel like I’m trying to be duped or tricked by fancy words and beautiful packaging, but it’s still cute and effective (most important).

Some products are a bit on the expensive side, especially for a brand you find in the drug stores.
