Ok so this is the fanciest Olive Oil I have ever had. I didn’t realize what I was missing with my basic bro HEB brand oils that I’ve been buying. There is so much flavor to this, its bold and refreshing at the same time. I’ve been drizzling it on salads and using it for cooking. My new favorite snack: Cottage cheese, a sliced avocado, everything but the bagel seasoning, and then a drizzle of Heraclea on top. Chefs kiss and you’re welcome.

When it comes to olive oil, most people think of Italy, maybe Greece or California, but forget that this wonderful fruit grows all over the Mediterranean region. This oil is made from Memecik variety of olives.\ from a wild, mountainous region of Turkey. They harvest the olives at different stages of ripeness and you can tell in the taste. The younger olives of early harvest are vibrant and peppery, indicating high amount of polyphenols, extremely healthy! It is great for dipping or finishing. The "Everything" olive oil is from late harvest olives, it's much milder, buttery, and soft, with a rich mouthfeel. It is versatile oil that can handle everything. It is also the base for the infused olive oils. I also bought the Garlic, Rosemary, Chili, and Lemon infused oils. These flavors are beautifully complemented without being over-powering. They are great for dipping, flavoring, finishing. I would definitely buy more of this olive oil when it's finished.

I love the brand's commitment to sustainability and FLAVOR, plus the packaging is so chic! My go-to's have become the garlic and lemon-infused oils to make my dinners and salad dressings a little less boring, with the Early Harvest being high quality and the perfect mellow olive oil to dip into bread.
