Health-ade earns largely positive reviews for flavorful, crisp kombucha that many say supports gut comfort and comes in distinctive, reusable glass bottles; Pink Lady Apple, Passion Fruit Tangerine, Ginger Lemon, Cayenne Cleanse, and Mint Limeade stand out. Reviews also flag drawbacks: sweetness and added sugar for some palates, occasionally strong vinegary or “funky” aftertaste, variable carbonation/fizz, and small or hard-to-open bottle mouths. Overall, the brand is considered good—often a go-to—with vibrant flavors and broad variety, but not ideal for those seeking low-sugar or ultra-mild kombucha.
I tried the grape flavour of Sunsip from this brand. If you like the nostalgic flavour of grape candy you will probably like the taste of this. I gave it 3 stars as i don't like the after taste. It has that stevia/natural sugar replacement type aftertaste which i really don't enjoy.
Bought this because of the biotin and properties that are good for skin and hair. I love health-ade kombucha and normally go for the ginger lemon one. They are usually on sale at grocery stores which is great because I can usually get two. Never fails to disappoint and I like that it's a twist cap!
This is probably my favorite kombucha flavor ever. It's so refreshing and the mint + lime combo tastes super fresh without being too sweet or artificial tasting. I always grab one when I see it at the store and it genuinely makes me feel a little more awake and hydrated during the day haha.
I've tried both the prebiotic sodas from this brand before they rebranded them to be SunSip and a few SunSip flavors. I thought the original sodas were okay but nothing special. The SunSip drinks are definitely an improvement. I really like their root beer and cherry cola flavors, while their lemon lime one I found to just be okay.
