I purchased two bras from this brand and one ended up having a sticker inside the lining that was right between my chest and very uncomfortable. I emailed back and forth with “customer care” who said “This small sticker you noticed is actually embedded within the fabric as a part of the quality control or manufacturing process and unfortunately, it's not designed to be removed without risking damage to the bralette”….um yeah right! I eventually realized I was emailing with an AI bot. Whilst I did get a replacement the whole interaction left a really bad impression on me. Won’t be buying from this brand again. Bring back real people with common sense into customer care and not gaslighting AI bots!
