Honestly not a big fan. While it leaves my breath fresh, the clean sensation doesn't last that long. The mild mint is too weak for my liking, I prefer stronger minty flavors that almost take your breath away. Besides that I'd rather buy antiseptic mouthwash that also takes care of my oral health and prevents gingivitis and plaque. It has no alcohol which probably works for some people but to me, I love some alcohol burn to actually feel that it really works.
I have a permanent retainer bonded to my lower teeth and i sometimes get foot caught in there which is super annoying. I love these single use toothbrushes that we pre pasted and individually packaged. Super easy to just throw in my bag and use on the go or travelling.

I usually use their coconut oil rinse. I like it and think it works well to whiten teeth. I’ve been using it for a few years now. I love that I can find it at my local target and cvs store. Recently purchased their mouth tape. Takes some time to get use to something being in your mouth but not bad at all. I like it now.

Love this oil pulling set and that it comes with a tongue scraper! Oil pulling took me a while to get used to, but enjoy how much cleaner my teeth feel afterwards and how it's upped my dental hygiene game.
