Goodles makes nutrient-packed, high protein and high fiber box mac n cheese in a variety of delicious flavors.

THIS IS HUGE. Sure, it looks small, but this nifty little noodle began with a big idea: to create a nutrient-packed noodle that looks, cooks, and tastes just like a normal, delicious noodle. Endless hours at the stove and over a thousand versions later, say hello to GOODLES, a gooder mac and cheese. In a one cup prepared serving you get 15g of Protein, 6g of Fiber, Prebiotics for gut and immunity support, 21 nutrients from organic veggies, and 22%-25% fewer calories than the leading mac. It's also the first boxed mac and cheese to win the Clean Label Purity Award. (hooray!) GOODLES packs your mac with both the good stuff you want and tons of yum! And that’s a pretty huge deal. Little things with big impact—we call them “gooders” and they are everywhere, making a tastier, kinder, happier world. GOODLES is our gooder. What’s yours? Let us know at GOODLES.COM.

GOODLES earns largely positive reviews as a better-for-you boxed mac and cheese that delivers satisfying, creamy flavors, higher protein and fiber, and playful varieties like Twist My Parm, Shella Good, Down the Hatch, Truffle, and vegan White Cheddar; many say it rivals or beats Kraft/Annie’s. Reviews also flag drawbacks: occasional bland or overly salty sauces, powder that can clump or feel thin, inconsistent noodle texture or reheating, fiber-related tummy discomfort, small portions, and polarizing flavors such as Cacio e Pepe.

Twist My Palm Mac and Cheese

Twist My Parm is such a fun take on mac and cheese! Super creamy, cheesy, and packed with Parmesan flavor. I love the little twisty noodles—they hold onto the sauce so well. Comforting, flavorful, and an easy upgrade from classic mac!
