Girlfriend Collective earns largely positive reviews for durable, size‑inclusive activewear with rich colors, supportive Paloma and Tommy bras, and long‑lasting OG/compressive leggings; many say the brand is good and pieces hold up for years. Reviews also flag weaknesses: inconsistent sizing, leggings that can run thick, slide down, or pill/lose shape over time, variable quality across lines, and some styles lacking breathability or support.

Good compression. Overall a little too thick for my liking. Good quality!
So comfy and sustainable! I love the range of colours their products come in. Also, their leggings last through multiple washes without pilling, unlike some other brands.

I wish they had a wider range of matching tops for those who don't want a crop or sports bra.
Love love love this brand! They are super sustainable which is important to me and they're really high quality. I wear so many of their sports bras as everyday shirts. They're definitely on the expensive side, but it's worth it to me.

I absolutely love Girlfriend Collective. Super high-quality products with way cooler colorways and styles than other popular athleticwear brands. Orders and returns were very easy. The one thing I'll say is some of their exercise skirt styles (the Sport Skort specifically) have a pretty short inseam so the bike short piece tends to ride up a bit as you walk throughout the day. Other than that no complaints! The material and stitching always feels very high quality and everything I own from them is still in great shape.

Super size inclusive and a huge variety of styles and seasonal colors. If you don't like this fit on a certain item, chances are they likely have another style that will fit just how you want-- very positive experiences with shopping Girlfriend Collective!
Love everything that I've purchased. Still wearing the first pair of leggings from circa 2015 all the time and they have held up great from yoga to weightlifting to hiking and even bouldering.
My maternity wear pulled so so fast
Better than lululemon in every single aspect minus the color selection. Soft, size-inclusive, sustainable, and worth the cost (which again, is less than lululemon). Their referral program is also really great (they get 30% off, you get a free pair of leggings)!
LOVE this brand! The products are so soft, fit great and hold up well. Love that everything is eco-friendly and made from recycled bottles! It isn't cheap, but they really hold up well. They are size inclusive and have many great styles

I love this brand, especially their leggings and leggings adjacent products, like sports bras, unitards, and bike shorts. I’m also obsessed with their socks. However, their sweatpants and sweatshirts have left me wanting. I found the sizing of them odd and they weren’t stretchy enough to be comfortable.

Overall great brand with a great mission.
Girlfriend's quality has been really consistent over the last three years or so I've been buying their clothes. They definitely have a soft "plasticy" feeling, but considering they're made out of recycled water bottles I'm more than happy to let that slide. The fit has been mostly good, they do all tend to fit a little small, but the hold is really good if you intend to wear them for working out.

Fit has room for improvement but I love everything else about them!
I have bike shorts, compression leggings, and the scoop bralette and their hi-rise undies. I absolutely LIVE in the bralette and their undies — the bras are the perfect thing to wear all day long and not dig into your shoulders or feel too tight around the ribcage. The bike shorts are great, but the leggings ride down after walking/running for a little bit.

patterns!
I want to love this brand. I like how it is a sustainable brand from recycled materials, however, I think this brand (from the set I tried) only looks good on very skinny people.

I had a set similar to the blue one in the photo displayed. The problem with the top is there is a tighter piece of fabric at the end, making it almost impossible not to have a muffin top.
Overall fan, and I carried some of their products in my studios.

I love their bras, but the leggings need some work. They tend to not flatter my body type and I am constantly having to pull them up. Not in love with the manufacturing for those babies, but adore their bras and supportive tops.

I have the bike unitard by GC and I love it! I actually sized down from my usual size and was worried about that for such a figure-hugging outfit, but it was a perfect fit. I wear it all the time and recommend it to everyone who asks! The shorts aren't extremely short, which I like for my body, and there's a built in bra. I don't need that in a one-piece, but it's actually very nice (no annoying pads that shift around the bra). The item is very easy to clean (machine washable, but I line dry it), and still looks good as new over 2 years after I bought it.
I've had to return most of the items I've bought because the material was not as comfortable as it looked online. However, I recommended Girlfriend Collective to my other girl friends and they LOVE the brand.
I love Girlfriend Collective! I have a pair of bike shorts, a skort, and tank top from them. The fabric is very high quality and it’s awesome that it’s made from recycled materials. Their workout gear lasts much longer than a lot of my other things from other brands. I love their brand mission, size inclusivity, and aesthetic!
They have such a strong set of values and I love supporting their business. Their quality has always been great, and over the years their designs have gotten much better! I love their sports bras and skirt specifically! Returns are also sooooo easy! And customer service has always been great!

A great company with a great cause that makes great clothing. simple.
Great brand! I've been wearing them since they offered their leggings at $20 when they launched the brand. I love that they're leggings are high-waisted, form-fitting, and made of recycled materials. I also love their muted/earth tones color scape.

Personally, I love their leggings, but the other products I've tried (sports bra and tennis skirt) didn't fit me quite as well. I think it was a personal preference for fit- there was nothing wrong with them.

The Paloma Racerback Bra is flattering and super comfortable. It’s my go-to bra for low to medium intensity workouts. And it’s such a plus that it’s all made from recycled plastic.
