Ghia earns polarized reviews yet proves effective for bitter, botanical non‑alcoholic sipping; many praise its complex, Campari‑adjacent flavor, chic packaging, and canned Le Spritz (especially Ginger and Lime & Salt) for recreating a cocktail ritual, while others find the taste punishingly bitter, murky, or one‑note and say it works better mixed. Reviews also note standout unboxing and gifting appeal but call out inconsistencies across flavors, short shelf life once opened, and sediment/cloudiness in the bottle.

I think this is a perfect refreshing drink if you're cutting back on drinking, but still feel like you want something festive for a party or gathering. The price tag might stop me from drinking it everyday, but the packaging is so cute. I'm not the biggest drinker, so I'd take this over a cocktail any day.
Cute branding but the taste wasn’t incredible as a non-alcoholic cocktail replacement. I probably wouldn’t buy again at this price point.
I heard alot of rave about this drink and have been eyeing local stores near me to see when it hit the shelves. Fortunately, I came across it on a trip to Seattle! I really wanted to like this drink because the packaging and branding is the cutest thing ever, but it just wasn’t for me… I get it, but I also don’t get it. I get that this drink was made to socially drink without the alcohol, but the taste is pretty much like an alcoholic drink… so might as well? If it tasted a bit sweet and less imitation-y, I’d buy re-try it!
A great sub, add seltzer to the aperitif for a little extra oomf.
I love Ghia. I buy the concentrate. My favorite is to mix it with ginger ale as I think the bit of sugar helps cut the sweetness. I also use much less than the recommended amount because it's quite strong and super bitter. It also great if you have an upset stomach or are just feeling a little off. We sell this at my business and serve it on our bar menu. It's been a big hit for us for the last two years. And full disclosure, I did not like it the first time I tried it and followed the ratio on the bottle... but using less concentrate and using ginger ale made a huge difference. I truly love it now!

I ordered this at a wine bar in Denver. It made me feel like I was drinking a unique beverage. I didn’t miss out on the bar experience at all, consuming a non-alcoholic drink.

I tried the aperitif when it launched a few years ago and was pleasantly pleased with the unique taste as an alternative to alcohol with just as much complexity. It's quite bitter, but I got past that and have since learned to appreciate the complexity of taste, especially when mixed like in a Ghia and ginger ale! The Lime & Salt spritz was much more palatable and easy to drink, yet still featured a bold and rich taste I'd come to expect from Ghia. A delicious and more sophisticated take on a margarita in my opinion. I shared them with friends at a picnic recently, which was the perfect occasion to enjoy the spritz. Would highly recommend!
This drink cures my social anxiety every time I go to a social event- and its not because there's alcohol in it. This non-alcoholic drink tastes great and is the perfect thing to bring with you to a social event if you don't like to drink.
I really liked Ghia but it does have a ginger-forward flavor. I'm not sure if it's placebo effect but I did feel happier and more relaxed after drinking one. I will definitely try again and see how I feel! Biggest con is the price since these aren't cheap for a non-alcoholic beverage. Will definitely buy as a treat vs. staple.

Very bitter, great in certain cocktails though!
As someone who doesn't drink alcohol, I LOVE ghia! They make it so fun & easy to enjoy a mocktail. Their products taste and look amazing.
An easy go to for a special drink with out the booze. One of the better gateways to having non-alcohol nights. It's an interesting mixture of tartiness, fruit, and slightly bitter. I would say it's best with some seltzer or some kind of citrus based seltzer. On the pricier side but lasted me a good while.
I have a mild beverage obsession and am constantly try out new options (especially when they come in aesthetically pleasing packaging!). I tried Ghia a while back to an event I was a part of and had to snag a few cans to take home by the end. The Ghia cola is so delicious! Definitely my favorite of all their flavors. I'm so happy to see more exciting options popping up in the non-alcoholic space and Ghia is one of my favorite contenders for sure. It makes a great hostess gift for dinner parties and gathering and would absolutely recommend it!
Delish! 10/10
Delicious! I love making mixes with the concentrated version, and the pre-mixed drinks are great too. I haven’t had a chance to try their newest flavor, but definitely looking forward to it! Their packaging is also soo cute 💕

Tried a can in a glass I found it very bitter but then mixed it was better good for cocktails
So delicious. I love the taste, especially the ginger flavor. It's got a really complex flavor profile. Perfect for a summer day, bringing to the beach, or sitting in the yard. I will be purchasing this again and I would love to try the apertif.
Beautiful brand, good ingredients, and yummy spritzes that feel luxe. They definitely run on the bitter/herbal side, which I like but some folks may not.
Not all tasty.

I experienced Ghia at a birthday party last week. It was so thoughtful to include a mocktail in the celebrations, especially since it tasted so nice. Lovely packaging too.
