Reviews mention

  • Chic, luxurious packaging
  • Complex, bitter flavor profile
  • Versatile mixing options
  • Convenient, tasty canned spritzes
  • Punishingly bitter aftertaste
  • Murky, cloudy appearance
  • Short post‑open shelf life
  • Inconsistent flavor distinctness

Ghia earns polarized reviews yet proves effective for bitter, botanical non‑alcoholic sipping; many praise its complex, Campari‑adjacent flavor, chic packaging, and canned Le Spritz (especially Ginger and Lime & Salt) for recreating a cocktail ritual, while others find the taste punishingly bitter, murky, or one‑note and say it works better mixed. Reviews also note standout unboxing and gifting appeal but call out inconsistencies across flavors, short shelf life once opened, and sediment/cloudiness in the bottle.

  • Ghia's flavor is excellent, but needs a bit more dilution than recommended. If you have a SodaStream, it's the perfect setup!

  • Not a big alcohol drinker so was interested in this tonic. I liked the flavor though I didn't think it really matched the name. I would be happy to drink it again!

  • I enjoyed the bottled one more than the cans just because the cans are a bit too strong for me. I got the bottle as an engagement gift!

  • I enjoy the herby nature of the drinks, but I like to mix them with sparkling water to make them a bit lighter. All in all, the flavors are good I just think they're a little strong.

  • I've tried Ghia as a consumer, and now I stock it in my store as a wholesaler. it looks great, and it starts so many conversations. I like that it's an alcohol alternative that isn't boring, but it's not trying to mimic a wine or spirit. The flavor is very balanced, a mix of citrus, ginger, florals, herbs, and fruit. The bottle re-design looks and feels awesome, and their branding is on point. I stock both the aperitif and the ghia spritz, as well as the salt and lime and they are perfect to co-merchandise, because if someone is curious about the aperitif, they have a low cost way to sample it with the spritz.

  • Tried a canned drink of theirs and did not enjoy the flavor. Packaging is nice but would not buy again.

  • LOVE LOVE LOVE! This is such a good drink and it is hard to find. Firstly it is delicious, and secondly it definitely satisfies and is a great mocktail. It's a bit expensive but I don't mind because the quality is so high. You can stretch a can by making mocktails. Plus their branding is super cool.

  • I love the Ghia Le Spritz. I ordered a bunch of nonalcoholic drinks on Boisson and out of all the brands I tried, Ghia is my favorite. The classic Ghia Soda is what I'd recommend to anyone that is new to the brand, but lately I've been obsessed with the Ghia Ginger. This is the perfect beverage for when you need something fun to drink on a sunny afternoon.

  • I really like this product and think it's fun to drink. I know they claim botanical extracts, but I can't say for sure if I feel particularly good/ better after drinking it. However, I love the packaging, the branding and the fact that it's fun to sip non-alcoholic drinks still.

  • I really like this brand, the lime + salt flavor is amazing for the summertime. I wish it were a bit less pricey but I still buy them.

  • Delicious drink. As a lover of aperitifs/digestifs/everything bitter, I love the OG Ghia. I got this as part of their holiday gift pack that came with a hazelnut chocolate spread and a panettone inside of a beautiful collectable tin box. I drank Ghia by itself, on the rocks, and as a part of a gin cocktail, all of which were superb. The only thing preventing me from purchasing again is the price.

  • these are literally so good and i’m addicted to the spritzes specifically

  • Newly sober curious and I love these drinks. Fun packaging and refreshing taste

  • The flavor profile is lacking TBH. I just get kinda bitter sparkling water vibes. I think I was expecting something spicy but also juicy (based on the color) but what I got was just kind of watered down bitter spices. It's not a repurchase for me.

  • Delicious and a great alcohol alternative fun beverage

  • Okay, so WOW! My partner and i bought this the other day at Gus's Organic Market in the Mission of SF. I always feel apprehensive about these kinds of drinks (I tried the Hadid sponsored appertif, HATED IT.) But this one really shocked us! I am going to be purchasing more. The taste is amazing and complex.

    EXPENSIVE!!!!

  • delicious, love the branding and the bottle, they even sell replacement labels for bottle reuse which is genius. looks and feels luxe

    Feedback

a little expensive for a non alcoholic drink but it is average in its market value

  • The Ginger and Soda drinks were a nice n/a alternative when I was pregnant over the holidays. The ingredients are impressive and the taste is delicious. It tastes like a cocktail in a can. Love the smaller serving size too. Would recommend!
