Ghia earns polarized reviews yet proves effective for bitter, botanical non‑alcoholic sipping; many praise its complex, Campari‑adjacent flavor, chic packaging, and canned Le Spritz (especially Ginger and Lime & Salt) for recreating a cocktail ritual, while others find the taste punishingly bitter, murky, or one‑note and say it works better mixed. Reviews also note standout unboxing and gifting appeal but call out inconsistencies across flavors, short shelf life once opened, and sediment/cloudiness in the bottle.

The Ghia Ginger drink helped to settle my stomach on a recent trip abroad, when I couldn't stomach any heavy food or alcohol. Lovely, restorative ingredients. Clean, crisp flavors. Definitely bitter, but I like that.

I wish it came in a sliiiightly bigger can.

Delicious drink with cool design. As far as it being an alternative to alcohol, I don't know about that, but I love soft drinks and this one is unique

Maybe less emphasis on it being an alternative to alcohol?

It’s very bitter. I was not expecting that, it also leaves a bad after taste. (Can only).

Find a botanical to add a little sweetening

The flavors were not as interesting as I had hoped, and was definitely quite bitter. However, I liked having an interesting non-alcoholic beverage option.
I got this for a friend and myself while we were pregnant so that we could carry on having fabulous “cocktails” at dinners together. The flavor profile is strong and somewhat bitter but I really really enjoyed it and now that I am no longer pregnant I want to reorder just bc it makes a nice drink (probably great with booze too).

Once you open the bottle it lives in the fridge and you need to consume it fairly quickly.
Amazing product for those who aren’t able to drink or choose not to. I wish I had this around and available when I was pregnant!

Difficult to get when based on Canada! Had to have it shipped to a friend’s place in the States and then sent to me. Expand please!
I love the idea of non-alcoholic spirits, and Ghia's branding is absolutely gorgeous. I honestly wanted to have the bottle almost more than I wanted to try the drink. As far as taste goes, it's quite nice, botanical and somewhat bitter, tastes to me somewhat like Campari.

At $33 a bottle, it's way too expensive for a non-alcoholic sipping drink. At that price, I hesitated to choose it over, say, wine or beer. Which defeats the purpose.
Really love the bitter taste. Reminds me of drinking bitter sodas and amari in Italy. Beautiful packaging.
Absolutely delicious. I was completely sold on the flavour, which is so unique and I can't compare to anything else I've ever tasted. BUT the single can packaging.. I could write a full report on how beautiful it is. I love the play on the cutout shapes, the texture in the stickers and the font. It's perfect. It's one of the only non-alcoholic tonics in the market that I will invest and buy it again and again.

Please make it available in Canada.

I've listened to a few podcast episodes with Melanie Masarin (founder of Ghia, and my girl crush), and through these, I got a pretty holistic picture of why Ghia came into existence, the intention and message of the brand, and why it's the future of drinking. As a sucker for good branding, and even more so for brands that have that relaxed, Mediterranean, natural yet refined personality, Ghia is a personal favorite. Not only do I love the taste of their products (I do have yet to try their new Ghianduja), but I love love the routine that involves me sipping a can of Le Spritz while cooking dinner.
I'm sober and it's damn hard to find NA beverages that don't try to get you lifted on nootropics or whatever. I appreciate that Ghia tastes good without trying to mimic booze. Also big extra credit for not having stevia or monkfruit or insert "natural" artificial sweetener here. A+, constantly reco-ing to my sober pals.

I only wish it were cheaper.
Ghia is a force majeure in the beverage world - and rightfully so! Melanie, the founder, is a genius and she has executed a vision of aperitivo hour so perfectly. The liquid is as strong as the brand's aesthetic. I prefer the Ghia concentrate, in the spirit bottle, to the cans. Typically I cannot find myself finishing the cans. I get a little bit of a tummy ache from them... but unsure why! However, I do not experience it with the bottled spirit. I love ordering the spirit at bars as well. I think creating your own drinks with Ghia is the way to go. A can of AVEC, some tonic, some club soda, etc is all you need!

Taste of product was not good. Tasted more like a diet drink.
I tried the Ghia aperitif in a can after seeing a ton about the product. I did enjoy the drink but felt it was better paired with something else then as a stand alone drink. Overall a great aperitif taste and very cool brand!
Love Ghia specifically the canned tonics. Find them super refreshing. Wish they were slightly cheaper.

Didn’t love the taste myself but others I shared with loved it as a good sub for a nonalcoholic version!

My partner and I don't drink, but when we meet up with friends, it's nice to have something a little fancier than a la croix to enjoy. For me, these are really tasty, elevated, sodas that are just as enjoyable as a cocktail, but without all the hangover.
Delicious NA beverage for those who want to have a sober social drink.
Refreshing
The lime and salt spritz is delectable, however, it is quite marked up where I live. Definitely a fun drink to try at least once!
