  • I train a good amount and always looking for a good "energy chew" or squeeze to help mid-workout. With a sensitive stomach, it's hard to find one that doesn't give me a stomach ache or nauseous. My trainer told me to try these and they are all I reach for. Both the sour apple and the cool blue are the best flavors I've tried so far. I used them mid-Hyrox and they helped immediately. Worth a try!

  • I have tried the glacier freeze and the lemon lime flavors of Gatorade Zero and I enjoy them both. They are only five calories each for twenty fluid ounces. They are sugar free. They have electrolytes. They taste very good. I recommend.

  • I love Gatorade. I drink it whenever it’s hot out, I’m working out, or feeling dehydrated. It’s a great source of electrolytes and it helps me to feel less fatigued during the day. I love the zero because it doesn’t have sugar and the flavors are delicious.

  • Gatorade is another staple in my house. I like that it comes in a wide range of flavors, and I like that there are options without sugar. Traditional flavors like lemon lime are my favorites, but I'm always curious about the new flavors that are coming out. After working out, Gatorade seems to be a fantastic way to replenish my fluid intake.

  • I've never been too big personally on classic Gatorade- even as a kid that loved sugary drinks. I like their Fast Twitch line of energy drinks, but the issue I have with them is that they still have the artificial sweetener sucralose in them. It's hard for me to like a company that seems so reluctant to keep artificial ingredients out of their products. At least the Gatorade Fit drinks don't contain anything artificial in them, but I still wish they weren't bottled in plastic.

  • Best sports drink brand. Great flavors, well mixed and hydrating, not gritty in taste like other brands or sweet in a nauseating way like other brands! Gatorade is the industry leader for a reason!

  • I’m a huge fan of the glacier freeze flavor Gatorade. Whether it’s the regular, zero sugar, or powder mix I’m happy with the flavor. It’s great for on the go and gives me the extra boost to get through something as intense as a workout or something as simple as sitting on the beach.

  • Gatorade is fine when you need a quick hydration boost, but I’m not a huge fan of the ingredients. The artificial colors and sugars are a bit off-putting to me, especially when there are other options out there with cleaner ingredients. It’s effective, but I’d prefer a more natural option if possible.
