I train a good amount and always looking for a good "energy chew" or squeeze to help mid-workout. With a sensitive stomach, it's hard to find one that doesn't give me a stomach ache or nauseous. My trainer told me to try these and they are all I reach for. Both the sour apple and the cool blue are the best flavors I've tried so far. I used them mid-Hyrox and they helped immediately. Worth a try!
