Not really worth the hype that influencers are giving the brand. My hair was very dry and dull after each use.

Over priced and incompetent web design and customer service. They over promised and underdelivered on product quality, and I had multiple reoccurring issues with the website that cost me money.

I can’t brag enough about this brand. I was skeptical at first but my daughter recommended it to me and her hair looked great. I have been using it now for a month and my hair has never looked better. The scent is amazing and lasts all day. I use lavender. I was so impressed that I ordered the body wash as well. I can’t wait for it to get here.

I have fine, straight, very oily hair. I absolutely have to wash it every morning; if I wash it at night, it’s super greasy by the next afternoon. I was hoping that by getting this customizable shampoo and conditioner, it would help with the oil production, and make it so I could start washing every other day. I’ve been using this shampoo & conditioner for 3 weeks and I’m unimpressed. It seems like I’m losing more hair in the shower than before, my hair has actually gotten oilier (not even sure how that’s possible), and it’s definitely not as soft. The only upside is that it did seem to give it more volume, and I definitely liked the scent. It’s the only reason why I’m giving this reading to stars instead of one. I will definitely be canceling this subscription. It’s really disappointing after all the good reviews I read prior to ordering.

Shampoo & conditioner smell great. Love the packaging. I also like the little pods you can get at target to add to your shampoo and/or conditioner.

I admittedly sang the praises of FoB since I started. I loved my formulation and two of my subscriptions went well even with a move. Issue came up this month when I was charged and was told I wouldn't get my product for a month (that wasn't until I emailed them asking what was going on). Kind of defeats the purpose of a subscription service if the wait time is that big without any sort of warning. Customer service about it was also lackluster. I was just told to look at my USPS tracking (which, after 12 days, still says USPS is waiting for the item) and was given a $5 credit on my $75 order. I'm switching to Aura.

I really enjoyed Function of Beauty. The peach scent is divine! It works best when I blowout my naturally curly hair. My kids are currently trying out the cowash.

I heard great things about this product but after using it for a few months I noticed my hair kept falling out more than usual after brushing or washing. I already have fine thin hair and need all the hair I have as it is I do not recommend

Quick shipping, packaged perfectly! The color of the box is beautiful. I think the options they give you as to how strong the scent etc is a great thing. The size and amount of product is great for the price. Overall I am extremely satisfied with my purchase at function of beauty!

I have used the shampoo and conditioner, both left my hair feeling clean but I put anti frizz and shine and my hair is neither frizz free or shiny. Not worth my money. I had so much hope for these products.

My fine and (to begin with) dry damaged hair has never been feeling as healthy as since I started FoB almost 2 years ago! And the customer service is always both quick and helpful if there’s a question or a bump in the road.

Purchased from Target and I gave it a good 2 months before I decided it wasn’t doing anything for my hair except possibly causing build up.

I have thinning hair. I use Function of Beauty shampoo and conditioner and my hair is shiny and soft. I also have significantly less hair loss. I love that I can select the colours that I want as well as the formulas for my specific hair needs. Having my name on the bottles as also a fun thing. Highly recommend these products.

I really wanted to love this shampoo and conditioner, but it was just okay. I didn’t dislike them, but results were average and I wouldn’t buy these again.
