I really like these rope leashes. They are a little pricy but the material is great and sturdy and the look is very attractive.

I got the item free from a friend. I'm sorry they wasted $54 on a product that lasted about 6 months. This product is not designed it seems for 65+ dogs trying to run and play with other dogs. My American Staffordshire Terrier destroyed this. I'm very disappointed because the rope quality is excellent, but the connection isn't.

I was a long time client and always supported them and their cause. Recently they have simply become a scam, I can’t find a different word. My order never arrived, I never received a refund or response from customer service. They took my money and I got no products.

I bought a collar and leash set. Once received I was very disappointed with the quality and decided to return. Costumer service was very responsive until I actually sent the item and tracking indicates it was delivered. After that they ignored all my emails, just like that! This is the first time something like this has happened to me! Mind boggling! Very disappointing For a company that prides itself on giving back to animals in need. Totally dishonest and shameful. But karma is just around the corner.

We bought a Found My Animal leash, collar, and harness on clearance at PetCo recently and couldn’t be happier to have found this brand. The colors and quality are great for our 30lb, 2 year-old Schnauzer (Size Medium). They also have great coupons and sales going on their website throughout the year!

They sent me the wrong item, confirmed they sent the wrong item and then made me pay $7 to ship back just so I could get the item just so I could get the item I ordered!

This company is a scam and they have horrendous/non-existent customer service. I ordered a specific leash, they sent the wrong one. After weeks of trying to contact someone, they responded saying the leash I ordered was out of stock so they just sent a random other leash instead of consulting with me. Never offered to refund me or that I could even return my item. It has been 8 weeks and no one will respond to my messages. Absolutely unacceptable.

They have the worst customer service of any company I have dealt with. I placed an order a few months ago and firstly they FORGOT about my order for a MONTG and didnt send it until I repratedly emailed them. It was never deleted despite finally stating it was on the way. And I still have not received the refund despite contacting them more to an 10 times. They should be banned online as they are illegal scammer.

Despite complaints to the better business bureau they will not correct their error. Do not order from them. The same items can be found on etsy for way cheaper.
