Labor Day weekend I ordered this leash to replace a frayed one I purchased from this company. Ordered September 3rd, it was promised to arrive in three days. I mistakenly put my address in instead of my daughter’s (whom it was purchased for). I immediately tried to contact the company by email and phone. Several days later (after multiple attempts to contact them requesting a change of shipping address) they responded that they could not change the shipping label, although it hadn’t shipped yet. Today is September 14th and after going back and forth with customer service every 24 hours (which I consider an unacceptable response time) they informed me that the item (listed as clearance) had not actually been produced yet. I expected honesty and quick delivery, but now am wondering if this is a scam site.
