I absolutely LOVE my FOREO devices and products. ❤️ I started with the LUNA 4 and the UFO 3 LED, and I was so impressed that I eventually decided to invest in the FAQ 102. But this is where my issue with FOREO comes in… FOREO products are not cheap. On top of the cost of the devices themselves, you also need to continually purchase the serums, primers and masks that go along with the treatments. So it’s definitely not a once-off investment. When I bought the FAQ 102, I was SO excited to try it. However, after connecting it to the app, I discovered that there is only one free treatment available. 😕 For the amount you already spend on the devices and the products needed to use them, I honestly find it ridiculous that customers are then expected to pay a monthly subscription for the app as well. In my opinion, when you're paying this much for a premium device, the app should be included for free. That seems like the least FOREO could do for its customers. Having to use an app with the device can already be a little frustrating at times, but having to pay a monthly fee just to properly access the treatments is starting to make me regret investing so much money into FOREO devices. And that's honestly disappointing because I really do love the products themselves. This is just my personal opinion and experience, but I think it's something worth considering before investing in FOREO devices. Make sure you look at the total ongoing cost, not just the price of the device itself. Hopefully this helps someone make a more informed decision. 🙏❤️
