Honestly I love my Floyd bed frame. It was quite expensive but has already held up during one move and and I feel confident it will do well on my upcoming one too. I have no complaints!

I would recommend having two people for putting together the bed! The pieces can be really heavy and difficult to maneuver alone
I own the Floyd Side Table and Bed Frame. The Side Table serves its purpose and I don't have any complaints. The Bed Frame slats have been shifting a lot lately. It may be user error, but I'm too lazy to completely move my mattress so I do what I can if it starts to get super crooked.

Love their approach to product design and the way they've branched out over the years. Hope to add some Floyd shelves to my collection in the future! Bed + Headboard was a bit hard to put together because of the time of year (humidity meant the wood was probably more swollen than usual), but it's still going strong after 5+ years. Given the simplicity of the design I know it will be super easy to move when that day comes!
I upgraded my very basic bedframe situation with a Floyd bed and headboard several years ago and I absolutely love it. This past year I added underbed storage drawers to make it even more functional. The design is lovely and minimalist and the bed has been rock solid thus far. I balked a little at the price of the storage drawers but, IMO, they're worth it for keeping items in check. Because of the bed's low profile, anything that happens to slide to the geographic center of the underbed area is a real pain in the butt to retrieve (shoutout to my cats for their cartography skills in pushing things right to that area). I paid for everything using Affirm, which may have some old-school financial responsibility types squirming. I paid in the set amount of time and accrued no interest.

While I did manage to put the bed together on my own, another set of hands would probably have been ideal. The slabs are HEAVY and it can be a little tricky to keep the tension strap in the right place while tightening it at the same time. Not a dealbreaker by any means!

Absolutely terrible customer service (nothing but bot responses to chats, slow email responses, no phone number). Ordered a bed 3 months ago, nothing. Tracking website doesn't work. Can't locate the delivery, and now the site says my order is completed. This company seems unable to manage its workflow, delivery systems, and customer service.

My experience with Floyd Home has been nothing short of a nightmare. It's been over seven weeks since my original estimated delivery date, and my order has been delayed three times with no clear communication. To make matters worse, I still don't know when my items will actually arrive. This has been the worst shopping experience I've ever had.

I ordered a bed 5 weeks ago and have not received anything from Floyd. I contacted them as soon as the far end of the delivery window was lapsed. They assured me I would have shipping confirmation by July 17. Again, the ship date has passed with ZERO communication from the company. I reached out again asking for refund options and they responded with a generic “We will check with the warehouse to see when it will ship.” This company is a fraud.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Had to deal with a several week long nightmare just to return a damaged item. I can't stress enough how badly you need to stay away from these guys. I wish I'd read reviews before ordering.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. I bought a couch in August and the delivery was delayed until December. Then they delivered it to the BILLING address not the SHIPPING address and took no accountability of the issue. I had to go back and forth between Floyd and their 3rd-party delivery service trying to resolve the problem for weeks. Neither of them took accountability for the mistake. Then they refused to ship it to the right address and said I needed to order ANOTHER couch and wait ANOTHER 3-6 months to receive it. When I finally said enough is enough, it took them months to refund me for it and did not receive a payment until late February. I do NOT recommend this company. STEER CLEAR.

STAY AWAY !!! We ordered the bedframe online on August 1st 2023. The year is now ending and we still do not have a bed. Our receipt said that the item will be shipped within 8-9 weeks. It is now 21 weeks after the purchase and the shipping company just told us today that the item is "missing"!!! They were supposed to finally deliver it on the weekend, but they never came (after we had confirmed with them and paid for a local expert assembly company to send people to assemble the bed). They are also completely unresponsive! I also suffer from chronic low back and sciatica problems which have been exacerbated by sleeping on a mattress on the floor (getting up and down from the floor puts extra pressure on the low spine). My symptoms have been very bad recently. So in addition to a the cost of the item that we never received and is now missing, we have already paid $400 for assembly that was scheduled for the day of the "fake" delivery and we may incur further huge costs related to our health (physical therapy for my back, chiropractic sessions, and possibly even surgery; I'm seeing a surgeon next week). I will make sure that Floyd Home pays for all costs incurred. I have already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will pursue legal action if I don't hear back.

This tremendous delay is truly unacceptable and is false advertising. Ordered on august 20 (it said 8-9 weeks ready to ship) With 2-5 weeks shipping time, our wait would be max 14 weeks, which would be November 19 week. Then we followed up on the arrival time with customer service. They said it is delayed and would be shipped out approx 4 weeks from the email date, so November 17. Add on 5 weeks of shipping, and final arrival would be Dec. 22. This date puts us at more than a month‘s delay. And no one reached out to inform us of the new shipping date which makes me think that it could have just kept on getting delayed. Is this how Floyd cares about its customers? No transparency and false advertising. No trust— I would not recommend this to anyone.

i ordered a sofa from floyd almost 3 months ago and it still hasn't even shipped out yet. now, i'm moving next week and i'll be without a sofa. i was told when purchasing the sofa that it would only take 7-8 weeks to ship out and then they told me it'd be an additional 4 weeks. i just sent them an email asking if they could speed things along. i'll report back after they respond and depending on how they respond, my review might change. but as of right now i'm very unsatisfied and would not recommend. it's odd to see that they're having back to back sales when they haven't even shipped out orders they got months ago.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH FLOYD, I RETURNED THE BED FRAME TO THE ADDRESS THEY LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE, TURNS OUT ITS INCORRECT, AND DOING NOTHING TO HELP ME. I AM OUT $1200 STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered Floyd’s Y-Lamp, but when I tried to assemble it, two of the main pieces would not fit together. They would not slide together in the correct way, and instead, got completely jammed and stuck, needing so much force to separate them that when they jarred lose the sharp corners and pins of the relevant portion gave me a large cut on both my hands. The lamp is still impossible to assemble, and so now I have a bunch of useless fractional lamp pieces. I reached out to Floyd via the contact form to remedy this, but five full business days later have heard nothing (though the company is perfectly capable of sending me marketing emails I didn’t ask for). Maybe the lamp is great? Maybe I got a bad apple? I have no way of knowing because the company has left me hanging.
