Great packaging and the experience for my dog was great. Thick lather and he felt very clean after. Apparently there were some shipping issues and they proactively sent an email offering a resolution to all orders. Loved that attention

Don’t have a dog/ pet but my sister uses for her fur babies and it smells great, gets them super clean.

I've been able to use the shampoo & conditioner once thus far, and I really love the way my dog's fur feels after. Very silky soft, healthy and full feeling. Packaging is very nice aluminum bottles, they feel very sturdy and quality. The bottle pumps are a little disappointing in performance - both the shampoo and conditioner took a lot of pumping to get product starting to dispense. It did feel like I needed a lot of product to properly lather, but that may adjust with time and learning. That combined with the pumping struggle made this bath a little more taxing than normal, but again - I really love the final feel of my dog's fur.

The subtle scent is a breath of fresh air, as it's not overpowering like other products I've tried. The charming packaging adds a touch of cuteness to my shower space – I don't mind displaying it at all! The shampoo's perfect lather creates enough bubbles for a thorough clean, while the conditioner's body lotion-like texture is a delightful surprise. It's not slimy or oily, making it a breeze to apply and rinse off. I like it for my toy poodle.

It was ok! I love the packaging, but I wished there was a scent.

I was really excited to try out this product for my little dog as I just ran out of her other shampoo, and I loved the idea of having a conditioner to pair one with which doesn't seem very common. She's a mini poodle/schnauzer and her fur is pretty thick and fluffy, so I love making sure it's as soft as it is clean come bath time. Like other's said, it's pretty mild on the lathering aspect, but it doesn't mean that a product is any worse. I didn't mind it as I found that the product itself worked well, and didn't irritate her skin. The packaging itself looks gorgeous and I often forget that it's for my dog and not me when I see it in my shower! The only critical feedback I'd provide is that I wish the pump dispersed more product. The shampoo came out much easier than the conditioner, and I found myself having to really work at trying to get enough out to cover a lot of area. Aside from this, I think it's a great option for doggy bath time.
