Fleur Marché offers a variety of supplements and transdermal patches. While I've tried lion's mane gummies from other brands before I found them to be too overpowering for me. I decided to give the Focus, Plz wellness patch a try as it comes in bundles as small as 4 patches. The patch is very sticky and is described as lasting up to 12 hours. I liked that I was able to wear it for however many hours I wanted to and take it off when I felt the effects were good enough. I left it on about 2 hours and I was still able to sleep well that evening. It does leave a little bit of residue when removing.
