Their sizes are always off but their photos look great and that's very deceptive.I never had a nice experience with them the few times i bought clothes from them.Please don't waste your money buying from this store.

Literally every experience I have with them is horrible. They lost my package the very first time I ordered from them and didn’t reimburse or send out another item. And they don’t have a call center so they will just start to ignore your emails. With my recent order I paid for expedited delivery and they sent my package back because the delivery driver couldn’t find my address( I had the correct address, I checked and made sure) so my order was sitting in a warehouse for a extra 5 days and when I emailed them about it they only could give me a gift card and have me reorder the boots that now wouldn’t come in time, and went up $15. And an even if I wanted to get them redelivered I would have to pay a higher fee to get them delivered on time. Save the headache DONT shop here you can get a better service at SHEIN or PLT.

Awful return policy. You have to file a return, then pay for a return label...Then after that, you receive an email stating that Fashion Nova can basically credit you whatever they want and not the full amount. I also bought a Halloween costume and the underskirt came torn. I can't return the costume....so I spent $40 on a torn dress and am stuck with it.

I ordered well over 2 weeks ago and never got my order, not even a tracking number or confirmation email. They deserve 0 stars. For scamming people out of thier money

If I could give them less than 1 star I would do so, this company is absolutely useless! My order was to be delivered on Friday, it was not. I was not notified, I found out when I went to check on it myself Tracking said Saturday, and on Saturday - no delivery, still, I was not notified Sunday, Monday and now Tuesday I honestly cannot describe the regret I have for shopping with Fashion Nova and the useless shipping service they use This is the 4th time this is happening and there has NEVER been a live person to speak to, not single apology or offer to help or make things right No courtesy, no respect for customer’s patronage, just the same lame automated email telling you to go to the help center!!! If my daughter didn’t like their clothes so much, I would NEVER come back here, but I will make sure I leave a review everywhere, and tell as many people as I can This is the height of absolutely rubbish service!

I'm angry as hell!!! I've ben a loyal customer of fashion nova for three years. I placed an order of a $100+ over a week ago with the promo FREE ONE DAY DELIVERY for my trip that I had a travel emrgency on in which my child and I needed clothes and still have not recieved my items. I reahed out several times and they keep saying that the promo wasn't valid thats a lie because it said it on their site and accepted everything at checkout. They promised to get it to me before my trip. I placed my order on the 12th of August 2023, it should have been here Tuesday the 15th of August. The order finally shipped after several back and forth arguments on the 17th. It was scheduled to be here today Monday 21st of August ow its saying Tomorrow. I have already been on my trip and back and still no package. I had to spend and borrow extra money I didn't have I feel I should be compensated some kind of way for SUCH AN INCONVIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!

Its crazy you have to spend 8 dollars to return the items and they most likely don't fit. Then you only get store credit for your refund. You have to refund for credit then order again if you want them ,they do not do exchanges .Then they don't include your tax you paid in the refund also. So they give you store credit which means you HAVE to order something else from them or lose your money , then pay shipping again for that. Then pay for shipping again if it doesn't fit and you want to exchange it because you cant, only send back and reorder .I am a guy and I've never ordered from here before though I've heard about it years ago, and I will never again. At least I didn't lose out on hundreds ,I feel sorry for the other people. You cannot talk to a live person , support blows. they'll go out of business soon. As long as people take time to read the reviews and do research .I didn't and I usually do, so my bad tbh.

Abysmal return policy and cheap clothing with wildly inconsistent sizing. Buyer beware if you use a coupon to purchase, they don’t prorate for returns so you could be stuck with poorly sewn dresses that don’t match the listed measurements that they claim was “free” and they’ll expect you to pay $7.99 to send it back to them for zero dollars credit. They don’t do exchanges. Customer service is a joke. Canned responses with no help at all.

They are completely unprofessional and don’t have an adequate return policy. They do not offer refunds, ONLY store credit and you have to pay even more money to return the mess they sent you. I will not be patronizing there business again. Unfortunately I have NOTHING positive to say about them … Also don’t waste your money paying extra for shipping. The packages rarely arrive on time. My estimated delivery date came and went and fashionova hadn’t even shipped my items. They were still being picked from the warehouse

If you purchase from this company and your package is lost, delivered to the wrong location or stolen they take no liability. I had spent hundreds of dollars with this company and ordered many items. I had one issue and they basically told me, too bad! I contact DHL, who also is terrible, told me they could see the driver was is the WRONG location, but still had to follow up with the driver. After several phone calls, I was just ignored and told too bad by DHL. GPS and my lack of reception is proof enough. Know that you will be out of your hard earned money if you don’t get your package. This company takes 0 Accountability and they don’t care if you never shop with them again.

I wrote this to be posted on the Better Business Bureau's site with 1000's of other bad reviews from customers who had similar or same kinds of bad experiences with Lasership. I also sent the BBB a complaint letter.So far I haven't heard back from them. My shirt from Fashion Nova was originally supposed to be delivered on July 6, but I checked on this site early on Sunday July 2, and it now said that it was going to be delivered this day, it said it was out for delivery but a few hours later it said that they attempted to deliver it but couldn't because of security and signature reasons. I gave instructions on Ontrac's site which is a part of Lasership for them to please call me when they are ready to deliver my order because the intercoms are broken at my apartment building and only USPS has a key and they always leave my items securely inside on the first floor,and I have had items stolen left outside by Fedex,UPS etc. Lasership customer service agent called me back about an hour before they claimed to deliver my package and he said he sees my instructions and he assured me that I would get my package today. Shortly After 11 am on Sunday July 1, I got A phone call from Lasership telling me the delivery guy was outside my building I asked what side of my building A Or C she said C and said he left it there so I went Down just 1 or 2 minutes later but there is *NO* package inside or outside the front or back doors! I called and left my number with Lasership for them to call me back but they never did and I sent them an email too but I haven't gotten anything back. On July 3, I saw on Fashion Nova's site that my second package was going to be delivered by Lasership by July 10, so I canceled it, their site said Sorry we'll try to do better, then a few minutes later they sent me an email saying that they couldn't cancel it because it's already been processed! I'm sure this order won't be delivered either,it will be a miracle if it does. I deserve and want my $29.04 back! Lasership absolutely should be shut down out of business, I signed a Change.org petition yesterday that over 8000 signed to Protect Your Packages! Permanently Shut Down Lasership! And there are 1000's of customers on many other review sites besides here saying the same complaints about them. I never even heard of Lasership before and I and other customers didn't choose to use them,the store I and they bought it from unfortunately did. Ontrac sent me an email still falsely claiming it was delivered and Fashion Nova is unjustly listening to them!

My order number is 49794565. My item did not look like photo. It was a dress that look more like a rag. Thin, see through, threads coming off. I had to pay $8 to return. Then post office lost my package, so fashion nova refused to give me store credit. I was out $30 for dress plus the $8 for the return label. Customer service is garbage and return policies are poor. Quality of clothes is pretty bad also.

I ordered four items from them on June 25, 2023, the items were expected to arrive on the 28th. The shipping company they use is LSO. The 28th came and no delivery. I tracked the package through the website which appeared not moved. I emailed the company and they assured the items were on there way and would arrive the next day. Suddenly after my contact there was an update on the tracker. As of July 2nd still no package arrived. I tracked the website again and it listed being at my city's facility. I work from home and on July 3rd it marked as delivered and signed by front door. No one came to my door and the packages were not there. I contacted my apartment office to check if it was delivered there and it was confirmed no delivery with my name was there. I contacted both companies and keep getting the run around and Fashion Nova will not give me my money back and will not investigate their shipping company. They do not take any responsibility. Fashion Nova offered a store credit or to reship items. If I did not get the items this time how reshipping with the same fraudulent company helps? This was my first and last time dealing with this company. Both are frauds.

This young CEO is as crooked as they come. To buy cheap materials, and under pay the people who work in third world countries, then sell it. Worse, it doesn't fit and offers a gift card. Now that he has your money, he's willing to give us another offer of more cheap BS materials clothing.

Never shopping at Nova again! Plus, it's too cheap and other sites are better in my opinion. WARNING, make sure you know your bathing suit size (which is hard to judge sometimes when you're buying from an online store and can't try it on before purchase) because you will NOT be able to exchange it for a bigger size! Fashion Nova will KEEP your money and you are NOT allowed for an exchange PERIOD. Horrible policy. I ordered 3 suits in my original standard size of medium that I always wear and these run too small and I did not gain weight or anything, I'm a medium in everything! But these Bathing suits did not fit and they won't let me exchange just for a larger size! I could have at least been compensated with a gift card or discount to purchase a larger size or something! But nope I just got an email and they said there is nothing they can do. So they just take your money and that's it basically. So sad. They lost a customer and I will not be taken advantage of and they will not be taking my hard working money ever again! Fashion Nova, you guys are criminals. Super ignorant policy! So Be careful you guys ordering from fashion nova. If you don’t know your size (which is hard to gauge) when it comes to bathing suits etc they will NOT give you exchange or return period, you’re basically stuck with the outfit while they get rich enjoying your money. Find companies that have better policies:-)

The worst costumer service ever! Not only they didn't deliver my order but also refused to refund me for it. Contacted them multiple times and only answer I got is that they will give me a gift card for their stupid mistakes! Never by from them!

I’ve been purchasing from fashion nova for the past 8 years. More so because I have a hoarding issue then actually liking their clothes. I’ve recently been selling the things I purchased and have stopped buying from them. Everything I’ve bought from them (clothes, shoes, jewelry, etc) have been very cheaply made. You can tell it’s directly from China. Also, they only cater to women who’ve had plastic surgery procedures. So if you’re a woman who has a normal body type, don’t even bother. I always tell my friend when purchasing from an online boutique, yes it may look good on the model but you have to picture yourself wearing that same outfit. Would it look as good? Probably not cause you don’t have fake boobs, fake butt, tummy tuck, and you’re not 115ibs. I’ve purchased from many boutiques aka Instagram popular boutiques and know which ones are worth it and which ones aren’t. It’s a struggle finding clothes that look good on my body… I’ve brought life into this world so I’m nowhere near like fashion nova models. But I’m just keeping it real. I’ve tried to support their business but it’s just not catering to women like me. And the quality keeps getting worse sadly.

I’m so embarrassed I ordered so much from Fashion Nova. This last month I made a $500 dollar order. It Never got delivered to me. Fashion Nova sent me the same automatic message saying my package was delivered to the local customs office. The package was 4 hours away, it did not once got delivered to my house and fashion Nova refused to do anything. I’ve never felt so sick about a company and I’m literally in tears.I will never EVER order from them again and Im damn ashamed I ever did! You bet I will be on my Instagram and TikTok sharing this story as Fashion Nova SCAMS customers. BE CAREFUL

they deserve negative reviews. Scam company. Worst customer support ever. They probably don’t read when every detail information is provided including photos.

Good evening I purchase over $200 dollars in merchandise that I never received I was told it was delivered to my address it was not , they probably left it downstairs were sign’s clearly states don’t leave packages , they did not bring it to my apartment. This has been sense February an nothing has been refunded or arrived to my door. This company gets away with ripping people off and nothing is being done to protect consumers from these thieves.
