  • If you live abroad don’t order from Fashion Nova ! Each time I have ordered from Fashion Nova, it was for a few hundred dollars worth because I live in the UK and the expedition fee is quite expensive and I thought I’d save up by ordering big at once. The last time I ordered, years ago, one of the items was tagged wrong. I therefor received a wrong item which didn’t fit me, wasn’t my taste at all AND was priced much cheaper than the item I actually ordered. I asked if I could get a return label for free since this was an error on their part. I was told off without any compensation. I told myself I wouldn’t order from Fashion Nova again. Time have passed and I told myself I’d give it another go… apparently it was a huge mistake on my part to do so… because this time I placed an order worth of over 500£ worth, and THE PACKAGE has DIASPEARED during transit. I contacted them and after several exchanges they said according to the courrier, the parcel is UNTRACEABLE at this point. So they offered a refund which I accepted, with the intent to wait for the refund to be processed, to place the same order again. After a couple of weeks the refund still wasn’t processed so I contacted them again and received a message confirming they would escalate my case for it to be solved faster, only to finally receive a definitive answer a couple days ago, that no refund would be made and that I could try and contact the courrier myself (And have a good day of course). I don’t understand this lack of professionalism from a popular brand like theirs. I don’t know if you live in the US territory, but IF YOU LIVE ABROAD, I definitely DON’T RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM Fashion Nova !

  • I made a purchase but it never arrived. I got proof from ontrac (a joke of a company) showing that they never made the delivery but Fashion nova does not have customer service instead an email that sends generic messages about the return policy. I will never buy from them again and I don't think anyone should until they get actual customer service. This is fraud and is absolutely wrong for a company with a billionaire CEO who just takes vacations on stolen money.

  • The Worst Customer Service in the Whole World!!!!! I’ve been a FN customer the past 5 years and I ordered more than 70 times from that site. A few days ago I ordered two items and then I received an email that one of them got cancelled. I did the order specifically for that item. Fashionnova decided to refund me for that specific item and proceed with the order with the other remaining item without asking me if I'm interested in the order as it is now or not. They didn’t even bother asking me if I’m interested in replacing it in another item. I asked to cancel my order because it was not what I order and the item I really wanted apparently was out of stock before I ordered it, and they insolently said they can’t cancel my order although it was their mistake! I was extremely disappointed and contacted their customer service 5 times and all the 5 representatives are either ignorant or pretended to be ignorant and responded with ignorance and irrelevance to my request in order to go around the issue and to proceed with the order. I asked 5 times to be contacted by a manager, and I never have. I’ve had issues with them in the past, but this time, they by far crossed the line and I’m going to spread the word everywhere!! They’ve just lost a very valuable customer, whom of course, they don’t value at all.

    Since it's their mistake, they should have acknowledged it and asked me if I would like to proceed with the order after they changed it or not or if I'd like another item instead and not just decide for the customer and tell them they can't cancel the order! They should issue a full refund and offer a compensation even! The minimum is to be contacted by the manager as requested and not just ignore the customer!

  • I made an order, that am never received, when I tried to claim. Fashion nova talk me that they is not responsible for the merchandise if it is out from them, and the company that they used to send the product( Lasership) said that they is not responsible either and my money throw away 😡😡😡

  • I purchased some items form Fashion Nova, claimed package was delivered and signed by me. At the time of delivery I was at work and no one else was at my house. I reached out to them and they sent me some fake signature attached with my name incorrectly spelled. I have surveillance camera and no one went to my house at all. Told me to file a police report for theft. They refused to resend the items or refund my money. Terrible customer service. I will never purchase from them again. They are scammers

  • I’ve ordered from fashion nova twice within the past two weeks and all my clothing were to small and i sized up and you can’t get your money back only store credit this place use to satisfy me but lately I don’t know where they been getting they clothes from and they dont post bad reviews on their page so you really dont know what you buying which is even sadder im sooo over it! 😤👎🏾

  • Well, let me start off my saying Fashion Nova is a straight scam when it comes your bag. I was given a credit for items that I returned. When I went to use the credit for an order I placed a few days ago, I was greeted with a full charge without the credit applied. I reached out to the company 15 minutes after I placed the order, only to be told that nothing can be done because my order was in the picking process. I am disappointed and disgusted by a company that does not stick by right and wrong. I will never buy another item from this scam of a store and I will tell anyone that I come in contact with not to either. I don’t support companies that due business like they are not from the US. Period!!!

  • Clothes were alright - cheaply made but they served their purpose and I knew what I was getting into with buying from Fashion Nova. The thing that infuriates me about them is their *crappy* "customer service". I returned some items in June and never heard anything from them about a refund for the items until I followed up in August. Then after a back-and-forth, they said that they had sent gift cards (which by the way is NOT a refund) to my email address. I emailed and submitted "help tickets" multiple times without EVER receiving those gift cards. They just kept saying that they were re-sending them and they NEVER came. I also had a package that was never delivered and they would not refund me because on their end it was indicated as having been delivered. So I lost out on $80 and no items. They did offer a gift card after I pushed the issue but it was only for $15. They stole my money and their "customer care" service is automated and a big joke.

  • Fashionova has some cool items but the brand delivers poor customer service How on earth will a brand not have at least one number to cater the complaints of it’s customers? After charging customers shipping cost,Fashionova goes ahead to use Lasership (the most incompetent delivery service provider I have ever known). This particular order was delivered to the wrong place by the carrier and was lost as a result. I reached out to the carrier company and they kept referring me to my seller. It was then I realized Fasionova had no customer care service number and they never respond to emails After almost two months of consistently reaching out to both parties, all that Fasionova can do about my lost package is a $15 credit on my over $75 purchase. I consider this irresponsible and I am never purchasing from them anymore.

  • I made an order with my hard-earned cash. I waited for the items. Fashion Nova shared that they sent it to the shipping agency. they further shared that they delivered it and yet i am to receive it. who is telling more lies. this has happened more than a week and no one is being straight up. lies and more lies. my order number is 98511631. I am asking for some form of compensation. Refund or resend the items because i never got the items. please stop telling me go to the shipping agency because they keep sending me back to you.

  • Everything is perfect but just feedback system need to be better. Me and my friends couldn't gave likes on some of their comments. What it mean is that your likes on the comments will not be shown. I think People should have the right say anything or like anything!!!!

  • Gladly go through this trouble to put a bad experience. What company in this century doesn't give refund. They claim its free refund but charge you for the return. Then remove all initial discounts and now tell you to use store card because they are fast paced...

  • This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I never post negative reviews but I feel people need to know about Fashion Nova’s policies. First of all, their clothes are cheaply made (you definitely get what you pay for). They don’t do exchanges and then charge you for returns AND shipping if you want to reorder in a different size. If you do return something they will not refund your money; they will only offer store credit. Their customer service department is online only. You can’t talk to a person even if you ask to. They also refused to reply to my email asking to elevate my issue to management. They are unwilling to work with customers. After realizing how awful their return policy was, I tried to cancel my return. They refused to cancel it and also refused to refund me for the cost of the shipping label. My advice is look at other online companies. Most have way better policies than Fashion Nova!!

  • I know fashion nova is fast fashion, but I have always had really good luck with the clothes that I’ve ordered. 90% of it fits me well and, believe it or not, even cheaply made clothes can last a long time with the right care. I still have and wear jeans that I purchased 5 years ago. If I were to order from shein or somewhere else online, I’d expect a worse ratio of clothes that are good vs clothes that are not.
