  • The Core Power High Protein Shake by Fa!rlife is tasty product that packs a good amount of protein. With either 26g or 42g of protein in every shake, the Core Power milk shake is a worthy shake to add to your daily diet or routine. This protein shake is made with milk and is both lactose free and gluten free. It is very suitable and hasn't cause any discomfort since I am lactose intolerant. Each protein shake markets around $3.00 or so per bottle but its definitely worth it. I first found this in Target and now its available everywhere even in gas stations.

  • Fairlife protein shake is my favorite one. It’s super tasty, it feels like I am drinking some chocolate drink but without all the sugar and bad chemicals. It also helps me to achieve my protein goals with ease. Totally recommend! Ah, it’s also lactose free!

  • Fairlife makes top-quality ultra-filtered milk. It gives a much richer taste than traditional milk, which makes it worth the extra cost. I also like that it is lactose-free. My favorite version is the chocolate milk, which has a rich taste.

  • I haven’t tried their “plain” milk brands. I’ve only had the core power protein drinks. They are amazing! All other protein drinks are nothing compared to this! The vanilla (42 gram) is my favorite and the chocolate is my husbands favorite. Both taste just like milkshakes! They’re amazing. They really feel you up too! I can’t recommend the core power drinks enough!

  • Fairlife is the only milk I can stomach as someone who was only drinking plant based milks for the last 10 years due to digestion issues. I know longer get a queasy stomach or mess up my digestion thanks to this brand. The skim milk specifically has become a household staple and part of my daily coffee routine. My only qualm, is that I wish it was less expensive...but I will continue to buy it regardless!

  • These nutrition plan protein shakes changed my life. I wish I was joking, but I have always hated the texture of powdered protein powder and these shakes taste just like milk at 30g of protein each. This is the only way I was able to hit protein goals while weight-training heavily instead of eating more chicken breast. It's great as the milk in an iced latte with espresso, easy to take on the go, doesn't require refrigeration, and is a great price per value compared to all other brands. They also sell at Costco which is a great deal! I know friends who also love their regular milk since it's lactose free, but that's not really the reason I drink these.

  • Chocolate milk that doesn’t bother your stomach or is loaded with sugar calories is really hard to find. We like Fairlife because it’s high in protein, not as sweet as others and ulta filtered, which makes it easier on digestion. Please view my second picture for its ingredients in that there could be some you’re trying to avoid. Regardless, my family of 4 has loved this beverage for many years. Wished it was a little lower in price.

  • Boyfriend and I buy a bunch of products from fairlife, their chocolate milk, their core power protein shakes, their core power elite protein shakes, and their nutrition plan protein shakes. We like purchasing it not only because of the protein content, but all their products taste really good (their chocolate milk especially) and lactose free. I like the nutrition plan shakes out of all their protein shakes since it's the cleanest out of all of them and has a good amount of protein. Usually have in the morning as is or use it for cereal/oatmeal. We also like to use them as bases for our ninja creamis. My boyfriend recently saw the tiktok for making matcha lattes out of them so he's been obsessing over that atm. Kinda expensive so it's best to buy them in bulk from Costco.

  • I love how the chocolate milk from Fairlife is very rich. The texture seems thicker than other milk and the calories are lower somehow. The sweetness is a little high for me; my husband and children prefer this brand over others.

  • I've tried a single-serve bottle of strawberry milk from this brand. I don't normally drink dairy and always opt for plant-based milk options when I can, but the corner store I was getting a drink from that day didn't have many options. The milk tasted really good, but that's because the sugar content in it was very high. I assume their other flavored options have similar amounts of sugar in them.

  • Love their Nutrition Plan milkshakes. Sad that they don't offer the vanilla flavor anymore, but the chocolate is still great. I use them as a base for my Ninja Creami's and they make the creamiest ones I have tried so far.

  • Fairlife Mix is really good! The flavor is creamy and smooth, and it blends well in smoothies or shakes. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because I wish the ingredients were a little more simple. It’s a great option for a protein boost, but the added ingredients don’t feel necessary. Still, it’s a solid product that delivers on taste and convenience!
