The Core Power High Protein Shake by Fa!rlife is tasty product that packs a good amount of protein. With either 26g or 42g of protein in every shake, the Core Power milk shake is a worthy shake to add to your daily diet or routine. This protein shake is made with milk and is both lactose free and gluten free. It is very suitable and hasn't cause any discomfort since I am lactose intolerant. Each protein shake markets around $3.00 or so per bottle but its definitely worth it. I first found this in Target and now its available everywhere even in gas stations.
