Fable & Mane earns strong reviews for delivering softer, shinier, more manageable hair—its HoliRoots and MahaMane oils tame frizz, soothe irritated scalps, and add luminous shine—though some reviews note lingering fragrance, occasional greasiness or faster oiliness with shampoo/conditioner, and a sticky dropper lid. Overall, the brand is praised for lush scents and lightweight, nourishing formulas, with mixed results on growth claims and certain scents like the mud mask.

I wanted to try a hair oil to stimulate growth and this was really highly recommended. The bottle has lasted me quite a long time since I only apply a few drops to my scalp before washing. There is a really strong smell that lingers a little even after washing my hair. I also have to make sure to really rinse well/massage my scalp in the shower to get rid of the oil. Haven't noticed much of a difference because I do already have thick long hair. I also find that the dropper lid can get stuck especially if your hands are oily.

I tried Fable & Mane’s shampoo and conditioner and while I did like the scent and experience of using it, it left my hair feeling oily sooner than usual. I finished the bottles, but it’s not something I would personally buy again. It just didn’t work for my hair texture, though that doesn’t mean it won’t work for someone else’s.

I love this hair mask! It has made such a difference in my hair by how shiny and smooth it is. My fizz isn’t there after I use this incredible fable and mane shine hydrating hair mask. It’s definitely a must have.

Eu estou muito satisfeito com minha compra para esse produto, o cabelo realmente fica muito hidratado e sedoso com uma textura incrível e sem falar que fica mais forte e com um cheiro muito bom e muito brilho. Eu amei 😻
I’ve been using the Fable & Mane Soothing Scalp Oil for a few weeks now, and it’s been a really calming addition to my haircare routine. First, the scent is beautiful, it is a mix of earthy and slightly floral notes that make it feel like a spa treatment at home. The only scent I so far didn't like from the Fable and Mane company is their mud mask because it smells fermented. I was surprised for a while, it’s lightweight and easy to apply directly to my scalp with the dropper. What I love most is how instantly soothing it is. Whenever my scalp feels dry, tight, or irritated (especially during the wintertime time. The hair oil brings relief to my scalp within minutes. I’ve noticed less flakiness and itchiness overall, and it doesn’t leave my hair greasy if I’m careful with the amount. I usually apply it before wash day as a treatment and sometimes a tiny bit on my part line overnight if my scalp feels extra dry.

I have been using this oil in my hair for years. The MahaMane smoothig oil smells fantastic like a rose and jasmine bouquet. It helps smoothen frizz and keep my ends moisturized. The HoliRoots one also helps my irritated scalp.

I’m a repeat buying of this hair oil. It has a very light scent. I use this on my scalp one a month, I leave it in for a few hours or over night and rinse it off with shampoo. I feel like it helps keep my scalp healthy for faster growth.

I use the fable and mane oil nightly with my hair massager and I’m not sure if it makes a difference but I like it. I would possibly recommend this hair oil. It’s affordable, nourishing. Is it my favourite? Probably not.

Loved the Amla Hair Oil— I wanted a light but hydrating oil that would stop split ends + keep my scalp clean. The Amla Hair Oil does exactly that— hydrating but purifying, and great as a prewash treatment. Recommend gently warming up & keeping on overnight if possible.

I love using the holiroots or the hair mask because it smells good they changed their formula lawd I wish I had some more! Best brand for taking care of 4C thick hair curls and it makes it easier to manage

Fable and Mane Holiroots Hair Oil made my hair so soft. It helped with fly aways and smelled good. It’s definitely a higher quality product and lasted me. It didn’t weight down my hair or make it greasy at all. Just a beautiful soft shine.
I have recently tried the fable and mane volumizing shampoo and a few different hair oils. Everything smells heavenly. The shampoo lathers really nicely. I have pretty fine hair and it definitely gives me a but of volume and oomf at my roots. The oil is lightweight and and makes my hair shiny!
Their hair oil is the only product I use on my hair post shower and it smells amazing. Keeps my frizz down and my hair glows.
Their hair oil is the best thing I have ever used in my hair. I have super thin hair, and I have been consistently been oiling with their Holi-roots oil for years. My hair is stronger, shinier, and thicker.

I recently tried Fable & Mane Hair Oil, and it has truly transformed my hair! After long stretches of protective styling, my hair often feels dry and lackluster, but this oil has been a game changer in reviving its health and shine. The formula is lightweight and absorbs beautifully without leaving a greasy residue. I love how it makes my hair feel incredibly soft and nourished. The scent is also heavenly—rich and aromatic without being overpowering. After applying the oil, I noticed my hair looked revitalized and vibrant. It helped restore moisture and manageability, making it much easier to style after being in protective styles for weeks. I appreciate that it’s made with natural ingredients, so I feel good about what I’m putting on my hair. Overall, Fable & Mane Hair Oil has become a staple in my hair care routine. If you’re looking to revive and hydrate your hair after protective styling, I highly recommend giving this oil a try!
I have only tried the hair oil, but I love and it smells amazing!
The Saha Scalp Amla Soothing Serum is one of the best I've used to date. It certainly helps to soothe my dry itchy scalp. It's super easy to use. It is a pre-wash oil, meaning you apply it to your scalp and leave it on for about 5 minutes, or longer if scalp is really dry or itchy. It's then washed out in the shower. It smells good too and helps to remove build-up from products in the hair. It is however, a little more expensive than I'm able to spend regularly on a hair/scalp oil.
