Sustainability is built into this brand. The materials, the styles/cuts and colors are all classic and long-lasting. I love the items I have from Everlane (a few pairs of jeans, a sweater, and a button down) but they are definitely “investment pieces” perfect for a capsule wardrobe. In order to make high quality, eco-conscious clothing, the price needs to reflect that. I’m a fan of keeping it simple and opting for timeless classics so I felt good about my purchases.

I had a great experience with the customer service at the Everlane store. I love the brand’a mission, and it is important to me to support clothing brands that pay livable wages to their employees. Unfortunately, I am between sizes in their clothing, and wasn’t able to purchase any of their pants. I did purchase a t-shirt which is very soft, comfortable and flattering. I hope to one day be able to try more of their clothing.

Quality products and feels ‘made to last’ Sizing is not consistent

A friend of mine gave me two pairs of jeans from Everlane that didn't fit her and I was pleasantly surprised to see it had fit me. The no-stretch denim is really great and I'm excited to see how they wear over time.

My favourite thing about everlane is that everything fits true to size and as expected. Great quality for the price - my go-to for all basics.

Love their stance on sustainability but clothes can be better. White v neck was see through and thin. I purchased the black ankle jean and it still smells like iron even though I’ve had it for 3 years and wash it frequently. Faded significantly after the first wash.

I like the mission but a few of their items run small on me. Not very size inclusive.

Prices are reasonable for basics

Overall I felt Everlane has great fabric and quality of clothing & accessories. I appreciate the price breakdowns on their website indicating how much the actual cost of labor was & the retail markup price. The return and exchange process is very easy and customer service is very understanding and quick!

Everlane creates high-quality clothing and accessories at reasonable price points. I enjoy the timeless style of many of the items I have purchased from Everlane. They will stand the test of time and not lose their appeal as trends fade. The footwear I have purchased is very supportive and comfortable. Considering the company doesn't specialize in footwear, I'm very surprised how my feet don't feel any pain wearing Everlane shoes (I have some foot issues). I typically purchase linen and cashmere items from Everlane and I'm very happy with the quality of the material. The cashmere has very minor pilling after countless wears (I practically lived in my recycled cashmere mock turtleneck sweaters this past winter). The cashmere socks feel like walking on a cloud; very luxurious at an affordable price point. The linen items I have purchased wash and wear very well. I was worried about significant shrinking, but there was none. Customer service is always easy to deal with. I've only ever had one issue with a product that arrived damaged, and they provided me with reasonable options to solve the problem.

Love love love. Everlane is always where I check first if I need another piece in my wardrobe! Their ethics, sustainability and value are on point! Also the sales are 🔥.

I love the quality of Everlane clothing. The T-shirt is especially great - a perfect fit on me - I'm petite so the length and sleeves being perfect is a big deal!

I find myself gravitating towards my Everlane pieces on a regular basis. I appreciate their philosophy on transparency.

I can only speak about their backpacks. I've owned three in the past 10 years. Using them daily. They are high quality and work well to hold all the items I need daily.

Love their pant quality and cashmere. Those are the only items I have tried or thrifted. I like the simplicity of the clothing and the material they use.

I have several things from cashmere sweaters to pants from Everlane and everything is really high quality and pleasant to use every day.

Everlane products or so high quality! Returns are easy and you get refunded quickly.

I love buying staple pieces from them and have been purchasing from them for years. I always try to hold off on sales for basic tops because the cost of basic tops seems steep. I love how I can return through happy returns but I hate having store credit because they charge a shipping label fee. It is my least favorite part of the experience and makes me hesitate on purchasing items I'm unsure about.
