I’ve been a loyal Ettitude customer for years. My first sheet set, purchased in 2020 for $200 (before a $25 coupon), has held up wonderfully—still soft and in great condition after plenty of use. Based on that great experience, I bought a second identical set in 2022 in a different color, this time paying $270 (before a $50 coupon) . Unfortunately, this newer set hasn’t held up nearly as well as the first. The fitted sheet developed several tears—both along the elastic and in the main fabric—despite careful laundering (only washed with similar fabrics, no zippers or clasps) and no pets in the house. It was disappointing to see this kind of wear so soon, especially compared to my first set, which is still going strong. When I checked the website, I was surprised to see that the same sheet set is now priced at $450—a huge jump from what I originally paid, and a big price for something that showed wear so quickly. Customer service was polite but only offered a 15% discount toward a replacement, which doesn’t go far given the current price. I still love the feel and comfort of Ettitude sheets, but the inconsistency in quality and the sharp price increase make me hesitant to buy again without more confidence in durability. I'll probably move over to see Quince's sheets.
