to be honest, quite surprised about this product in the beginning. I thought this was all just Instagram trying to push yet another product onto me, but this actually kind of works when I find myself not able to sleep. I put one of this bad boys on my wrist try to relax, and it works a lot faster than doing nothing or even listening to music, even after stressful day i can put two and do the trick most times.

I have struggled with sleep for eons and have tried everything. If it’s on the market, I’ve taken it—including prescription sleep aids (although I have only take prescription sleep aids on rare, desperate occasions — I try to avoid taking more pharma meds than I need to and don’t want to become dependent on them either). In any event, my wife thought Deeps might be worth a try and bought them for me. Nothing I have ever tried has ever worked as well as Deeps’ sleep patches work for me. My big issue is staying asleep throughout the night — falling asleep is no problem for me. I used to really have trouble getting back to sleep after using the bathroom in the middle of the night. Since I’ve been using these sleep patches, falling back to sleep again post-toilet visit isn’t a thing for me any more. Been using this product regularly for the better part of 6 months now and I remain thrilled.

Save your money! It didn’t add 5 minutes to my sleep after using it 5 nights in a row!

Just tried the Deeps sleep patch and was so happy that I slept through the night and didn’t feel groggy in the morning! Love this product!
