Lovely smelling hand soap and amazing customer service! After I bought a bottle, they reduced the price by 50%. Instead of letting me feel bad about price unfairness, they sent me another bottle! And when the shipping was delayed, they sent emails with updates and promo codes. The soap is good, but the customer service is even better.
