    I bought this a few years ago when I was all the rage. I love the scent but I was no longer reaching for it until I did a a study testing this very styling cream. I was instructed to not use anything else on my hair after washing it and wearing the same hair style 3 days in a row before washing again. I discovered how amazing the styling cream was and how it’s truly a stand out star hair product. I stopped using leave in conditioner spray, stopped K18 mask and hair serum. It’s the only thing I use now to help me detangle, moisturize, de-frizz and create more manageable waves when I air dry.

    After seeing this in 10,000 influencer videos, I bought this in the latest Sephora sale as a way to tighten up my slick back bun routine. The scent is LOVELY. The performance is decent. It is definitely a lighter hold than I was expecting and really is just a finishing product. I thought I would be able to rely on this, but definitely still need my slick stick to make it work. Works really well on flyaways, but not much more than that. If you want a product just to finish, or to keep in your bag for touch ups throughout the day, great! For your base product, though, I might look elsewhere.

    First off dae products smell delicious!! I have the cactus fruit styling cream and I like using it for slick backs. It doesn’t work the best for me for regular styling but is great for a slick back and doesn’t leave my hair crusty at the end of the day.

    I LOVE DAE ❤️ they are my all time favourite hair brand (I have long and thick waves). The ingredients are great, the packaging is cute, and the products smell absolutely divine! I especially love the leave-in conditioner spray (super lightweight and a great multi-purpose product so I don’t have to layer too much on my low porosity hair), and also the styling cream wand (the best frizz taming product on the market in my opinion, it works instantaneously).
