Cybex should be ashamed. I bought into Cybex’s promise of premium quality, safety and ease of use. Instead, the Cybex Gazelle S left me with a fractured thumb while I was simply folding the stroller during normal use. The stroller folding mechanism constantly got stuck on one side during use and when I reported this to cybex, they said I need to give the stroller up for inspection. They just expected us to hand over an essential everyday item used to transport a baby, without explaining how we were supposed to manage while they kept it for an unlimited period. Are parents and grandparents simply expected to carry a baby everywhere while Cybex investigates? My experience has destroyed my confidence in both the Cybex Gazelle S and Cybex as a company. If this is how Cybex responds when one of its products leaves a customer with a fractured thumb, weeks of rehabilitation and significant disruption to daily life, then other families deserve to know before deciding to spend their money on this brand.
