  • Curex has been so wonderful since the start. So much better than going to the allergist office to get shots. I never have to leave the house, pay a monthly fee and all care is done online. I no longer sneeze everyday and can actually hold my cat in my face and not be miserable the rest of the day! The folks that work there are fantastic and truly helpful! Totally recommend Curex for your allergies!

  • My son was diagnosed with a moderate/severe cat allergy and a mild dog allergy when he was 2 years old after a severe asthma exacerbation which required a PICU stay. Unfortunately we had a cat for a pet. I didn’t want my child to go through allergy shots for something that I thought was a minor issue. Fast forward to first grade and my son’s locker mate had cats at home. My son almost ended up in the hospital. I had to make sure every year to email the teacher and explain why he couldn’t sit next to certain kids. I had to call his friends parents to see if there were animals in their homes. Something that I thought was minor issue was turning into something that was starting to impact my son’s life. He still didn’t want to go through shots but if I was a 9 year old I wouldn’t either. I started looking for alternatives and found Curex. I probably was the most skeptical parent you would find because I couldn’t believe that a couple of drops once a day could be impactful. We started almost a year ago. The drops were easy and my son was so used to asthma medications that these were a walk in the park. About 8 months into doing the treatment we took a trip to Greece. There are stray cats everywhere there. My son had no reaction, no stuffy nose, no cough, not even hives. About a week ago he touched a cat with no reaction. The last time he touched a cat was when he was 2. He is turning 11 in 2 months. He couldn’t believe how soft a cat was. I thought I was going to cry. I went into the treatments with the thought that is nothing happens then nothing happens but what if something magical happens. I got something magical. My son’s life is completely different. He goes to his friends houses, he’s not stuffy and has hives from school. I don’t have to worry he’s going to end up in the hospital because he was exposed to a cat. If you are reading this you already are thinking about changing your allergy situation and how you feel. What’s the harm in trying, maybe nothing…or maybe something that is life changing.

  • I wholeheartedly recommend this company because it has helped me manage my pet allergies while still keeping my puppy. I previously had serious allergies to dogs. I'm extremely appreciative to have discovered this subscription service on social media; it was an absolute blessing. FYI , it does take time for the immunotherapy drops to work but it definitely works.

  • Wonderful customer service and doctors I have been with curex for over a year now and the end result is definitely worth it, I had my wedding in the middle of allergy season and was free of those horrible allergy symptoms. I have saved my valuable time and money here with curex and I would like to thank y'all and your team .

  • Curex has been great! Everyone is helpful and quick to respond. The immunotherapy drops work great! I would highly recommend using Curex if you have allergies!

  • No attempt to bill my insurance. They'll suck every dollar out of you that they can. The drops are also from a super sketchy location and the "consultations" are a racket to get more $ out of you.

  • I started using Curex after I saw their ads on Facebook. My doctor recommended I do allergy shots but I would have to go to the get them a few times every month. It was a non starter. At Curex I got Dr Chet to prescribe me my drops and then I get them at home every couple of month. It is easy to take and costs only $50 per month. It’s a pretty good deal!

  • Very poor customer service support. I was charged more that what I expected and only way to contact them was via a chat number. Simply put they said I agreed when I signed up in the terms and conditions. No one verbally communicated these potential costs I was unaware of. Buyers beware...

  • Curex has horrible customer service. I had my initial consult I think in late December 2022: I was supposed to be receiving allergy drops and asthma inhalers. It took nearly 3 months to receive my first shipment of drops. It's august 1 and to this day I haven't received an inhaler. No one answers their text number, I've texted multiple times asking for follow up clinician appointments (they are supposed to be quarterly and I haven't had one since December, it's august 1. I called a phone number I found at the very top of their website. I first was told they dont prescribe asthma inhalers; then after she put me on hold to speak with a supervisor I was told they do. She said I have a clinician appointment scheduled for August 6 after I said I would like to schedule one. I laughed and said how would I know I had that scheduled if I can't see it in my account and hadn't received an email about it? She didn't have an answer and said I would get sent a link to join the video appointment. I asked when and how I would receive the link and she didn't know. I laughed more and said well hopefully I will be able to join the appointment somehow. Ridiculous.

  • Who would have thought allergy drops could make such a difference in the life of someone with severe eczema! Curex has completely changed my life for the better! My entire life has spent battling dry, itchy and very irritated skin all over my entire body. For the first time in my life my itching is subsiding. I can finally sleep through the night without waking every other hour. Everyday I feel better and better. My eczema is slowly improving day by day and my skin is getting healthier. I am no longer reliant on steroid creams or allergy pills. Curex really is a game changer for me. My one regret is that I did not find them sooner. Thank you Curex for all that you do!

  • I have a pollen allergy and last spring was terrible for me. I decided to do something about it and made research online. I found Curex and signed up. It turned out to be amazing! It really works and my symptoms were milder this year. Plus, I love that everything is done at home, so I don't have to go to the doctor's office. It's so easy and convenient. I highly recommend it to anyone who suffers from allergies.

I can administer them myself at home, which saves me a lot of time and hassle compared to having to go to a doctor's office for allergy shots. The drops themselves are also very easy to use and don't require any special equipment or preparation.   • Curex has been fantastic to work with and the product really works. After a year into my treatment, I have to say, I wish all medical treatments worked like this. Having immediate access to helpful staff, the ability to meet with an allergist without leaving my home, and the continuous shipments of treatment to my home, the entire process has been unreal. Not to mention, much cheaper than traditional allergy shots. By my estimates, 3-4x cheaper. And, of course, after 1 year of treatments, I’m really feeling better. Springtime and autumn allergies, which used to knock me out twice a year, are much, much better. I can’t imagine how great they will be once I’ve completed the full course of treatments. Don’t waste your time and money with the shots. This is way to affordable, convenient, and effective.

    As mentioned in some of the other reviews, it can be hard to get ahold of customer service at times. The only way that I've found is to use the "Contact Us" link on their site. That said, everyone I've worked with has been fast and caring. Also, they offer video call appointments with an allergist. I'd highly recommend those. Mine got me started on a few allergy meds that really helped as I first began my treatment, since it takes a while to start feeling relief from the drops. Honestly, I wish I could work with my other medical providers this way.

  • It works amazingly well. I went from being so incredibly allergic to cats (a huge asthma trigger) to being able to live with and regularly cuddle with two of them. Plus the process couldn't be easier--all communication has been via email and text messages, and after the initial bloodwork to get started, all the vials are shipped directly to your house. I don't have the time to go and get regular allergy shots every week and I don't know anyone who does. A couple drops under my tongue each night and within months, the change was profound. I could not recommend this service more.

  • My allergies had been getting worse and worse every year, to the point where I was having symptoms year-round. I started my Curex treatment in January and as of late February, I have barely had any symptoms. The only lingering symptom is very mild stuffiness and it’s slowly going away as I continue treatment. Overall a great solution to one of the worst things about living in Dallas. I recommend Curex to everyone who complains about allergies.

  • The first thing that gets processed is your allergy test fee. Once you've submitted payment, customer service ceases to exist. I needed to follow up because the requisition for my allergy test was non-functional at their recommended testing lab. The lab was even willing to take my word for it that I had prepaid, but the medical codes Curex used were unrecognized within the system... the system Curex referred me to. It was a huge waste of time and money to attend a medical appointment and have no service rendered. When you follow up with Curex, there is no response at all. They have a fake phone number that doesn't ring and goes straight to voicemail at all hours of every day, and voice messages appear unmonitored and not responded to. They have a fake text support line that produces no responses. They do respond, eventually, by email, with minimal assistance, but there is a 0% chance of ever speaking directly with an employee. The responses provided by email refuse to acknowledge any company responsibility in the disorganization, and provide no path forward to resolving the issue. Sublingual immunotherapy seems like a brilliant product that could make an incredible difference. This company has the power to bring that to people, but is cutting all possible corners with customer service and personalization, outsourcing all of the actual work to community partners who they don't even communicate with, and adds nothing of value to the process. They are a middle man that doesn't even employ people to do the "middle man" part of the job. They automate a non-functioning system, setting you up to navigate the whole thing independently with faulty paperwork. I would recommend pursuing a different sublingual immunotherapy company (Wyndly, Quantum, going through your doctor).

    Customer service, communication with community partners, a functioning requisition... any actual aspect of what Curex is supposed to handle on their side of the bargain was ineffectively managed.

  • Maybe a good idea but the customer service is lacking for such a high end product. The pricing of this brand is poorly done - they changed their entire pricing structure after signup but the treatment is supposedly not effective if done for less than 3 years. The pricing should be more consistent with what’s advertised at signup. Additionally there’s no guidance on checking efficacy other than waiting for another season of allergies and seeing how things go. That would work great were it not for their confusing pricing increases and lack of clarity from their customer service folks.
