I purchased the Catch 3 wireless charging pad in the colour Natural as I've been searching for a lovely charging stand to keep on my bedside, that matches the feel of my room. The product is aesthetically pleasing, I love the sleek design and neutral colour options. But practicality was entirely out of the picture when designing this product. For the price, it doesn't charge my phone as fast as you'd expect so I decided to return it. This product is more for looks than practicality.

I ordered a leather deskpad charging mat for my husband as a gift, and a smaller linen mat for myself. I kept the linen one and love how sleek it looks on my desk. It does make my phone get pretty warm though when charging, and I think the charge is much slower than with the standard USB cord. I like that it cuts down on needless cords hanging off my desk though. My husband liked the high-end aesthetic of the leather pad but his home office desk is a bit smaller so we ended up returning it. I wish they'd offer a middle-sized deskpad, that would have been perfect for him!

I use courant mats in my office and desk space, specifically their standing magsafe chargers, which have been a game changer. I find that the regular mats lose their charge or their “hot spot” after a while, which is kind of a bummer since it can sit for a while and only progress 5%.

Functional product with sleek design

Looks great, but I wasn't wowed.

Have had my catch all tray from courant for a few years now. First saw it at a cool, little boutique in NYC and then was gifted it for Christmas that year. Still the most beautifully designed charger / catch tray out there. Highly recommend

Forget the hassle of carrying around cords or using them until the ends are split apart because Courant is convenient for use at your nightstand or office desk. I never have to remind myself of where I put my charger last with my Courant at my bedside. Each night, I'm able to plop my iPhone and AirPods down, then disconnect until morning.

In best faith, I have ordered and paid Courant charging tray as a present for my boss. The item has never been received or arrived at to address. Unfortunately, companies customer service refuses to take any responsibility, quote:" We are not responsible for the package once it has left our facility". It is hard to believe that a business with that attitude toward customers, does not even want to contact the delivery company of their choice.

Love everything about it. Feel like it elevates my space.

wow I love it

It's super simple, Courant's wireless chargers are gorgeous, but they don't work. I bought 4 of them over the holidays and not one of them charges the devices in a straight forward manner. You have to sit there for a few minutes and move the phone around so their wireless current can find the phone. If it finds it at all. I even changed my case in order for the phone to align more evenly with this charger - that didn't work either. I reached to Courant and because it had been 2 weeks since the items were purchased they refused to return them, even though it was over the holidays and the whole game of gift giving is buying stuff early. I lost several hundreds of dollars on these.

Horrific customer service. I ordered a charger for my husband for Christmas and the charger never came. When I inquired about it they said they refunded the charger because we had moved addresses. Which we hadn’t. I had to reorder the charger for more money. When I asked customer service if there was anything they can do they were cold and said no as if a chatbot was responding not a human. I spent an entire day trying to figure out what happened and they weren’t able to give an answer. They are only able to speak over email and not phone. Really bad customer service which made me think less favorably about their brand and the present. A rip off.

I purchased a Courant Catch: 3 for my boyfriend for the holidays, in the color Saddle. He uses it on his bedside table every night, and I use it frequently as well.
