Horrible experience. I have placed my order back in October 2024 and received a status that my oder was delivered. It was not delivered as the status states. I contacted customer service and they informed me that my order was lost via carrier.. They tried to make it right with me and put in a new order to be shipped. Guess what, same exact thing happened and its now almost Christmas. I still have not gotten anything that i have ordered. It says on their website that items are shipped within 48 hours, when it does not. Beware! Save yourself the trouble!

DO NOT BUY. This is a very overpriced product. You can buy the same thing at Costco for 1/3 the price. My daughter got tricked by the website into buying 2 hoodies and can't get a refund. Once we got the actual product, we were very disappointed in the quality. Nowhere near as good as they advertise. The customer service is non-existent. This company will be gone within the year.

Customer service is the worst and their return policy is the worst around. I did a pre-order and I waited nearly 2 months and it still didn’t ship on the expected date and then when I did receive the item,( it was a camel hoodie and sweatpants set) The hoodie was nice and ran generously the pants run funny! I got my daughter an extra small and they were very tight at the waist very wide at the leg yet very tightly gathered at the ankle. She did not like to fit of them! I wanted to exchange for a larger size! All they would let me do was return. The item didn’t want to give me an exchange. Agyer waiting two months and even longer than expected, you think that the company would be courteous and do an even exchange ,! no they’re trying to give me a gift card after I return the item and they’re giving me less than what I paid for it. I don’t know if they’re taking shipping off of it and then I’m gonna have to re-buy it and pay some more shipping. It’s a bad company bad customer service bad return policy. The sweatshirt was nice and cozy. I will give them that but horrible if you wanna do a return or if something doesn’t fit and you just want an even exchange! I would caution people from purchasing this brand. Also I was told by a friend that purchased this brand that it shrinks a lot on the pants so I won’t even keep the extra small cause it’ll get even smaller so not a good company. They better rethink their exchange policy or they’re going to go out of business.

Never received my pre-order. Company said they sent it but I never got it. Company never helped me. Never got my item or money back. Still fighting it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

My sister had mentioned wanting the Signature Hoodie for Christmas, and I will admit I was skeptical from the beginning but I ordered it anyway. I was surprised at how quickly it arrived, but unfortunately not surprised with the poor quality. Although the hoodie is advertised to be “weighted”, it is about as thick as any other generic off-brand sweatshirt. For the price, the hoodie is incredibly lightweight, and not as soft as one might expect for a $75 (originally $120$ hoodie. I had planned on returning the item, however returns are only eligible for a store credit - and honestly, I don’t expect any other Comfrt product to meet the expectations their marketing has curated. I understand that in todays market, $75 for a hoodie is not uncommon, especially for one of high quality. I myself have several sweatshirts from Abercrombie that are priced similarly, but surpass Comfrt’s quality by a landslide. As have many other brands, Comfrt has especially capitalized off of young people who are so heavily persuaded by influencers and social media at large. Take this as you will, but if I were you, I’d think twice about falling for their scheme and find another brand that is worth the price.

I bought a couple hoodies about a month ago still haven’t received them. The tracking number they gave me didn’t work. Trying to get my money back we’ll see.

I ordered a sweatshirt and sweatpants, and I never received them. I ordered them almost a month ago and I have contacted their “ comfort support” twice already to figure out where the package went and they have not gotten back to me so it’s very irritating. I just wasted almost $100 on an item that everybody was promoting that was so great which it maybe great but when I get my refund, because I will get my refund because if I don’t, then they would be stealing my money and we know where that’s gonna go I will not be buying from them because who wants to buy from a company who don’t take care of their customers needs.

I would give it 0/5 if that was an option but unfortunately it's not. I ordered from this company over a month ago and paid to have shipping insurance and extra tracking. The tracking is not accurate and it took over 30 days for my package to claim it had been delivered to my postal code (not my specific address) .However, I never recieved my package. When I contacted company for assistance, they told me to check the tracking which was incorrect as I said it had been delivered and it had not. They then told me to check my neighboors who also have not recieved my package. Now, they are speaking of making a claim to get my money back, but regardless, this whole transaction has been nothing but a head ache. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the head ache and shop somewhere else.

Their shipping is abysmal. If you don't add $2 insurance to the $8 shipping fee they take no responsibility. Doesn't matter if the product is good if you never receive it

Great product, washes well, sizing generous. I would say boyfriend fit. I shopped all over site after spending 260 on 2 sets found over stock, buy now 62. Score

It’s cozy season, and I started looking for quality sweat sets to wear around the house or out running errands. I chose the Bone color, and on top of it being so cozy and high quality, I also got a lot of compliments while out and about. I highly recommend and will be ordering another set soon.

Absolutely a nightmare, got a set for my girlfriend, she washed them one time and they discolored horribly. Notified Comfrt right away and was told by automated response that someone would get back to me in 3 business days. I did receive a response however the response was that I didn’t report it in time. I have been dealing with this for over a month and still no resolution! Terrible customer service.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They discolored after one wash and they were a gift. They are making it impossible to get them exchanged or money back.

SCAM BEWARE!!!! I ordered a set which I got and it was great love the stuff so went back to order more placed them on the pre-order which were due to be sent out in October and still have not received them and it is the end of November. I have sent emails which they respond with we are running behind. Please give us a week to respond. It has been well over two weeks, I get no response. You cannot talk to anybody Nor have any way to get your money back. It is a scam beware.

Terrible customer service. I waited over 10 days for a response. They don’t allow exchanges—only returns—but don’t offer refunds, only a gift card. Extremely disappointing experience.

They ripped me off. $300.00 worth of merchandise. No merchandise ever came. Filing a complaint with the BBB and having my cc company dispute these charges. Don't buy anything from this company!
