Overall my experience with Comfrt has been amazing! The quality of the clothes phenomenal. Not only is is buttery soft, the light weight to it makes it extremely comfortable and cozy. I love the pastel line, every color is gorgeous!! I highly recommend to everyone that asks when seeing me wear it.

My mother bought me a sweatshirt and sweatpants from Comfrt for Christmas. These clothes are a complete disaster. The sweatpants are ridiculously tight and way too long, while the sweatshirt is absurdly tight in the chest and awkwardly long in the body. For reference, I'm 5'10", 180 lbs, and ordered a Medium. The fit is so bad that sizing up or down isn’t even an option because the Medium is a total fail. I even took a picture of how their product fit when I initially emailed Comfrt which fell on deaf ears. Here’s the kicker—my 70-year-old mother had no idea about their "return" policy, which only offers store credit. So now I’m stuck with clothes that don’t fit and nothing else worth buying. Their customer service was just as bad, offering me store credit for a $200 blanket. Seriously? Who would ever pay that much for a blanket, let alone from a company like this? Bottom line: Comfrt’s products are cheaply made, ill-fitting, and their no-refund policy is a total scam. If you’re thinking about buying from them, do yourself a favor—read the reviews and stay far, far away. This is the worst DTC brand experience I’ve ever had as I've NEVER run across a DTC brand that doesn't offer returns given there's no where for customers to try on their products.

THEY USE A SCAM DELIVERY SERVICE WHO MARKS YOUR ITEMS AS DELIVERED WITHOUT EVER ACTUALLY DELIVERING YOUR ITEMS. THEY PROVIDE NO PICTURES. THEY HAVE THE WORST REVIEWS ONLINE, WISH I KNEW BEFORE I ORDERED AND NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEMS I PAID FOR. COMFRT HAS PROVIDED NO HELP, EVEN THO THEY HIRED THE COMPANY.

I loved my hoodie and sweatpants I ordered from comfrt. They have the most comfiest material and softest for sure!! I loved the way I felt like I was at home sitting on the couch comfy with my blanket but instead out in public with just a set ( hoodie and sweatpants).

I wish I could tell you about the product but so far I am not able to as I have two orders I am awaiting arrival for and both of them have been setting for days tracking saying shipper requested return to shipper. No ideal why because the only way you can make contact with this company at all is through their customer service email. That email is clearly an obviously ran by port ai as no matter what you say or ask it generates the same blanket response worded just slightly different. I hate to write a bad review before I ever receive a product and I hope I can come back and change this review later but at the moment it seems that it may be the only hope I have of actually talking to a human and figuring out what is going on.

I ordered a bundle for my daughter for Christmas. They were delivered on 11/23 but were given to my daughter on Christmas. I sent a request on 12/27 to return or exchange and was denied since it was past the 30 day window. 4 days past! This is awful customer service. There should be an exception on their return policy when giving as a gift. Neeess to say I won’t be ordering from them again.

The comfort and color is amazing. The size I ordered was medium but I feel they are oversized and I know they are unisex, but not this big on me. Waited over 3 months, o well I guess.

SCAM!!!!!! I ordered this product over 2 months ago, I was told it was shipped which took forever, never got the shipment, was told a second one was on the way and never got that either. I asked for a refund as I needed them for Christmas and we a past that point now, they offered me a 70% refund! Excuse me so I would like ALL of my money back. I was told it would take 10-15 days but they are refusing to provide a copy of the original order with the amount I paid which just so happens to me “missing” from my order history. I have sent 6 emails asking for the same information and keep getting the same robotic reply. This is a scam company that just wants to take your money.

I love the products from Comfrt and the fit and quality is exactly what they promote. I order my sweatsuits in medium I am 5’2 and 180lbs I wanted a slightly cozy but not too oversized.

I emailed, texted and dmed seconds after I ACCIDENTALLY placed an order to cancel it immediately. I received no response from my emails of dm and the message operator refused to give me any assistance. The package arrived and I immediately initiated a return, to find out they are only offering my refund on a gift card. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Everybody I speak to is a useless as the last person. They have terrible communication and don’t care about their customers.

I kept seeing them online and I just had to get one once I got one I completely fell in love. It's so soft and so warm I could wear it all day everyday. So I bought two more sets and one for my son! I’m even about to buy one for my mom! LOVE LOVE LOVE

Horrible experience. Customer service is terrible. The shipping company Vehu is terrible. They never communicate. I have spent $80 on a sweater as a gift that I never received. Comfrt says to contact the shipping company I used. I was like I didn’t pick them you did. They lost my packages and admitted it. Comfort refuses a refund. 12 emails later. Numerous chats with vehu. I ended up contacting my credit card company and telling them the issues and they are dealing with it. The aggregation over this $80 is not worth it. I never write reviews but I will never buy from any thing I see on IG any more. Waste of time and money. Also the shipping company is worse than the vendor. All this over an over priced hoody.

I sent them an unused, tags intact, pair of pants that didn’t fit. They refused to refund my money and would only exchange. The return policy is very poor, actually it doesn’t exist at all. if you realize you really dislike the product you are not entitled to your money back. After realizing the extreme poor quality of the material and that it stains at the slightest brush of anything, I decided that $120 for a sweat suit is not worth it. However I was still not allowed to return any item for money . Customer service was very poor as well.

Absolutely the most comfortable hoodie I’ve ever encountered! I’m living in the north, it gets so cold at night and this not only keeps me warm, but also makes me feel comforted, like a big hug!

I purchased a Comfrt set on Oct 25 with a ship date of Nov 8. Nothing. No help. No decent contact. I've been gaslit over and over. Then they tell me it will ship Jan 8. Then Jan 22. I've tried to contact them via their email and Instagram. Nope. I got 1 message on IG and then nothing else. Horrible experience. Absolutely horrible.

I have ordered from this company 3 different times. Customer service and delivery has been absolutely horrible each time. I have numerous emails back and forth with conflicting information. The customer is not the primary concern, not in my case. My last order was delayed by MONTHS. No follow up,no contact nothing. I had to follow up MULTIPLE times to even get a response and once I did I was told my order would be shipped and it STILL wasn't. I had to reach out AGAIN. And once I did I finally received the product I paid for. As much as I love the product I absolutely hate the extreme lack of customer service and when someone asks me where I got my outfit from, I can't in good conscious refer you. And a 15% discount does not make up for my repeated experience. Absolutely not a fan at all.
