  • DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD They never mailed the bottom pants and I asked them over and over to credit or ship the pants and they did not all they did is tell me since i contacted my credit card company they wont help me. My credit card co told me to contact them and gave them back their money. They originally wanted me to make a claim with the mailing company saying it wasn't delivered...   • Cheap products and even worse customer service. Purchased on of their hoodies and the thing sheds like crazy and bled in the wash. It’s cheap. Then try to cancel the items that haven’t shipped and they would only offer a credit instead of a refund to the original payment… again for an item that has NOT even shipped. Buy a generic jump suit from Amazon or anywhere else. This instagram garbage is crap

  • I ordered my Comft back in November of 2024 and I still haven’t received my order. They have said it was lost in shipping then I waited another month and they told me it was delivered to my house which isn’t true. I have Ring and there was never a package delivered. They should have had me sign for it the second time they sent them out. Now they will only refund me 30% because they lost a lot of money sending it twice. Both times it came from China. They told me they have warehouses in America but yet they never sent it from here. I’m so upset. They won’t give me the carrier name so I can investigate myself. I think it’s all a scam. I trusted this site because it’s all over social media. I really wanted to try this brand for all the hype. I wanted to give these for Christmas gifts. Not only was I not able to give out on Christmas but they only want to refund me 30%. This is so unfair and wrong. This has never happened to me.

  • We ordered a hoodie. A couple minutes after we received the order confirmation they sent another email with additional products added to the order which we did not place. We called and sent emails to say we don't want the items added. They did not respond for a week and sent the items anyway. After several emails and no consideration we filed a dispute to the credit card company. CMFRT claimed we didn't follow their cancelation process. They were willing to give us a store credit for the things we didn't buy. This puts CMFRT in the thief catagory for me. Be weary, you may have no recourse if you do business with them. How bad do you want that hoodie?

  • I would not recommend this company. The issue I have isn't with the product. Firstly I placed an order for a hoodie, and then they initiate a deceptive add to cart page once you have ordered. I accidentally added the exact same hoodie and bought two of the same. I immediately emailed them to get the order corrected. They confirmed this and that they would. But then a few hours later they shipped the product. I reached out again asking them to correct it. They responded saying it was too late, it has already shipped but I could return the one hoodie when I receive it....but I could only get an e-gift card to be used at the store next time. I would stay far away from a company that does business like this.

  • I have ordered several of both suits and just hoodies. Most came within the week. Until the last one I ordered. It's been 3 weeks since the shipping label was generated. It's never been handed over to ups. I've sent emails almost every day with the same auto response sent back stating it's being monitored. I've asked for my money back, and did get a reply that, once I get it I can then return it. I've asked to cancel the order, they stated that they can't do that. I asked if they could regenerate the order and just cancel the ups label on the one they have apparently lost. Now I can't even get and email response back. Horrible customer service and no way to contact them by phone. I will not be making any more purchases from them.

  • If I could give this store zero stars, I would. I recently tried to return an item, only to be told they don’t do refunds—instead, they force you to take a gift card. Normally, that might be fine, but their products don’t even come in my size, so the gift card is completely useless to me. How is that fair? I basically just lost my money for nothing. To make things worse, I explained that I’m in a really difficult financial situation right now, and I need my money back, not store credit for items I can’t even buy! They didn’t care at all. No empathy, no flexibility, just a cold, scripted response about their “policy.” This kind of business practice is ridiculous. Never heard before in US. If you’re thinking of shopping here, BEWARE—if you ever need a refund, you’re out of luck. They’ll just take your money and leave you with a useless piece of plastic. Product isn’t even good material. Absolutely unacceptable!

  • I have thought a multitude of items from Comfrt and have found great comfort and anxiety relief while wearing. I’m currently in nursing school and wear the cloud loungewear outfits and they’re so comfy and breathable.

  • I ordered first 12/26 2 sets, been over month.. tracking shows delivered Neve received it..their customer service is awful.wont refund it..only credit or gift card..the. Had another pre order for Feb..tried to cancel..said pass 7 days ..also a gift card or credit .. WTH??! Wouldn't know.. still haven't received it .said replace it 7-15 days..see if u actually get my sweats!!!?!

  • Would choose no stars if available. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I made a purchase and contacted within 5 minutes of ordering to change the shipping address. I was told the address change was completed but my item was still sent to the wrong address. Customer service said that there was nothing they could do for me. So a company that sells based on the idea to reduce stress/anxiety has caused ample of both by refusing to assist in any way. I would have canceled the order if I was not guaranteed within 30 minutes of ordering that the address would be fixed.

  • They have the WORST customer service I've ever experienced in my life. They lost my order not once, but twice. My card was hacked and I told them they would not be able to refund the original payment. So they can't figure out how to refund me. This has been going on since October.

  • I am 5’0” 100 lb. The hoodie I purchased was a size Small, but I think an XS would have fit me better. The color I purchased was out of stock in XS. The quality of the hoodie is AMAZING! So soft, thick and warm! I bought one for my dog and he has been SO cozy and warm during these bitter cold days. Looking forward to my next purchase! I LOVE the pastel colors! By the way — shipping was incredibly fast! I ordered my hoodies and they arrived on my doorstep the following day!

  • The quality of material is unmatched. The sweatshirt i got was the zip up, and it was large but I dont mind being XS in clothing! Can't wait to get more!! Also your shipping is amazing and I do not know how you do it.

  • I placed a pre order in August for two travel Essential hoodies. Which were supposed to be gifts for November. I received one hoodie before Christmas- I have NOT received my second hoodie. I have sent numerous emails inquiring about the status of order placed in AUGUST. Same response each time "We have reviewed your order, and we apologize for the delay as our team is currently working with a high volume of requests. Once your request is processed, the price difference (if applicable) will be sent to your email for approval" My LATEST EMAIL requested another color but the same hoodie and they said I would have to pay a price difference.   • I ordered a hoodie for my dog and ordered a matching set for a gift. I didn’t realize that the set was on “pre order” and it would come until April, I ordered this in December. I tried cancelling my order but they will only give me “store credit”. It’s MONTHS in preorder and they don’t give your money back! Horrible customer service!!

  • I bought a sweatshirt and sweatpants for $65 dollars. It’s came in the mail, I kept the sweatshirt but the sweatpants were huge. I sent them in for a return. I only received store credit of 28 dollars not money back on my card. I went on the website to order the sweatpants in a smaller size and the price is now $50!! I am very dissatisfied and upset that i am not able to get what i previously paid for or my money back. There was not a option to do an even exchange
