I wish I could give a negative review. I bought a sweatshirt and sweatpants for my youngest daughter at Christmas, it was on her list. It had holes at the seams. Returned it and figured I would give them another try. This time I had spend $144, a sweatshirt, sweatpants and pajama bottoms. Never received them. I had reached out when it was clear that they were lost. No phone number just an email. They responded I needed to wait to see if it was delivered. Checked the shipping company, no name shipping people that said it was in a city about an hour away for the past week. Reached out again no response. Then at 2pm a few weeks ago it said my package was delivered at 8pm that same day…it was only 2pm. Called my daughter to see if it was delivered and nothing was. The next day after reaching out again to Comfrt and the shipping company the time was updated. Comfrt then finally reached out and said my package was delivered and it was my problem because I didn’t buy the shipping insurance. The shipping company told me I needed to talk with the company where the package came from because they delivered it. No photo showing proof of any packages being delivered. Over received my items and they won’t give me my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a scam and have NO customer service

I can’t really comment to the quality. I have been waiting since December for my order and it isn’t suppose to ship until later March. I don’t understand the wait, but it would be worth it. I think it is very poor that you have to wait that long and have your money tied up and no product

Absolutely love the hoodies!! Bought my first pair now I have two..my kids are hooked and they would like one as well. It honestly stands by the name - Comfrt!! It’s one of the most comfortable sweatsuit specially during travels.

Do not buy from this company. Some of the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered a sweatsuit at the beginning of January. Suit came and top and bottom did not match (despite being the same color on the website). I had to send over 5 emails explaining the issue with pictures for them to approve the return. Finally they did and sent a return label. I sent it back over two weeks ago. The return was delivered to them 10 days ago. I had to reach out to them to ask when I should expect a return. They responded asking if I had returned “both items or just one.” I told them both. That was 4 days ago. I have sent two additional email requesting an update on the replacement without response. I will be filing the purchase as fraud with my credit card company. For clothing that costs more than $100, I would expect some competency. Save you time and money and go somewhere else.

Love being able to match with my pet! the hoodies are so comfy and cute! The shipping was very quick and i love all the color options for both me and my pets <3

I really wanted to love this set, but ended up returning it. It wasn’t as soft/cozy- as all of the reviews had stated, and the fit was just weird. The sleeves on the sweatshirt were SO long- I held it up against another size L sweatshirt and they were 6” longer- and the pants were snug in the hips but again long. Overall disappointed.

Do not buy from this company! They hide their return policy. When you order, you can return items, but only for an e-gift card. They messed up my order by sending the wrong items, and the ones I received didn’t fit properly. I contacted them about returning the items, and they told me they only offer e-gift cards, no refunds. I spent $185 on the order, but my return was only valued at $159, even though I received incorrect items. This company offers no real support, so beware. I expected much better customer service given the situation. Now, my e-gift card won’t even cover the cost of replacing the items I originally ordered. I would’ve left a good review if it weren’t for the terrible customer service. Buyers, be cautious!

Absolutely love this brand! I have bought multiple items from it (sweat pants, shorts, hoodies, and crop tops) and love all of them. They are true to size, made very well/high quality, and very soft and comfortable and also exactly as pictured. This is easily my favorite brand for these kinds of clothing and I have recommended it to multiple friends!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD They never mailed the bottom pants and I asked them over and over to credit or ship the pants and they did not all they did is tell me since i contacted my credit card company they wont help me. My credit card co told me to contact them and gave them back their money. They originally wanted me to make a claim with the mailing company saying it wasn't delivered... TRUST ME DO NOT ORDER THEY DO NOT HELP YOU. I WILL TELL ALL MY FRINEDS AND FAMILY WHAT HAPPENED,

Cheap products and even worse customer service. Purchased on of their hoodies and the thing sheds like crazy and bled in the wash. It’s cheap. Then try to cancel the items that haven’t shipped and they would only offer a credit instead of a refund to the original payment… again for an item that has NOT even shipped. Buy a generic jump suit from Amazon or anywhere else. This instagram garbage is crap

I ordered my Comft back in November of 2024 and I still haven’t received my order. They have said it was lost in shipping then I waited another month and they told me it was delivered to my house which isn’t true. I have Ring and there was never a package delivered. They should have had me sign for it the second time they sent them out. Now they will only refund me 30% because they lost a lot of money sending it twice. Both times it came from China. They told me they have warehouses in America but yet they never sent it from here. I’m so upset. They won’t give me the carrier name so I can investigate myself. I think it’s all a scam. I trusted this site because it’s all over social media. I really wanted to try this brand for all the hype. I wanted to give these for Christmas gifts. Not only was I not able to give out on Christmas but they only want to refund me 30%. This is so unfair and wrong. This has never happened to me.

The worst customer service. They just want to steal your money with stupid excuses. Do not buy from them

The set is so comfortable and the material and size are perfect! I absolutely love this brand and recommend everyone get one!

We ordered a hoodie. A couple minutes after we received the order confirmation they sent another email with additional products added to the order which we did not place. We called and sent emails to say we don't want the items added. They did not respond for a week and sent the items anyway. After several emails and no consideration we filed a dispute to the credit card company. CMFRT claimed we didn't follow their cancelation process. They were willing to give us a store credit for the things we didn't buy. This puts CMFRT in the thief catagory for me. Be weary, you may have no recourse if you do business with them. How bad do you want that hoodie?

I would not recommend this company. The issue I have isn't with the product. Firstly I placed an order for a hoodie, and then they initiate a deceptive add to cart page once you have ordered. I accidentally added the exact same hoodie and bought two of the same. I immediately emailed them to get the order corrected. They confirmed this and that they would. But then a few hours later they shipped the product. I reached out again asking them to correct it. They responded saying it was too late, it has already shipped but I could return the one hoodie when I receive it....but I could only get an e-gift card to be used at the store next time. I would stay far away from a company that does business like this.

I have ordered several of both suits and just hoodies. Most came within the week. Until the last one I ordered. It's been 3 weeks since the shipping label was generated. It's never been handed over to ups. I've sent emails almost every day with the same auto response sent back stating it's being monitored. I've asked for my money back, and did get a reply that, once I get it I can then return it. I've asked to cancel the order, they stated that they can't do that. I asked if they could regenerate the order and just cancel the ups label on the one they have apparently lost. Now I can't even get and email response back. Horrible customer service and no way to contact them by phone. I will not be making any more purchases from them.

If I could give this store zero stars, I would. I recently tried to return an item, only to be told they don’t do refunds—instead, they force you to take a gift card. Normally, that might be fine, but their products don’t even come in my size, so the gift card is completely useless to me. How is that fair? I basically just lost my money for nothing. To make things worse, I explained that I’m in a really difficult financial situation right now, and I need my money back, not store credit for items I can’t even buy! They didn’t care at all. No empathy, no flexibility, just a cold, scripted response about their “policy.” This kind of business practice is ridiculous. Never heard before in US. If you’re thinking of shopping here, BEWARE—if you ever need a refund, you’re out of luck. They’ll just take your money and leave you with a useless piece of plastic. Product isn’t even good material. Absolutely unacceptable!

I have thought a multitude of items from Comfrt and have found great comfort and anxiety relief while wearing. I’m currently in nursing school and wear the cloud loungewear outfits and they’re so comfy and breathable.
