I thought I had found a really good sale on what seemed to be a really comfy product. I love anything soft I can curl into and read or watch TV. I placed my order on 1/31 and told it was going to be $7.99 for 3-4 shipping. When 7 days came a went I checked delivery status and it said order pending but everything had been deducted from my bank and I just figured it was running behind. By Day 14 I was a little less understanding and contacted Comfrt. First the customer service agent said they couldn’t find my order am I sure I finished to payment. I said yes and noted the money had been removed from my bank and I gave the date. She clicked some things and then told me my order had been “misplaced” in the wrong section and she will move it to shipping. By 2/20 my comfrt said shipped and arrived. I contacted customer service again to try and find middle ground because I paid for shipping that ended up not being what I was given and I was told they can’t handle anything once it has been shipped and they “certainly can’t’ Give any type of refund for late shipping because shipping was the reason it was late. I calmly repeated in was lost in processing, it never made it to shipping. They then just gave excuses and offered me a 20% discount. Haven’t heard from them since. I highly recommend you find a different company. Their outfits are amazing but their customer service and delivery is terrible. I’ve heard this issue happens to a lot people-there is a whole thread on Reddit.

Dealing with this company for the first time, I have not had the best experience. The mistake I made in this, was not double checking my shipping address. As there is auto correct on our phones, the shipping address auto corrected to my old address instead of keeping the new address I had placed in there. This was not discovered until the order processed. Immediately I was trying to find a way to reach out to the company to have the address corrected before it shipped and upon doing this I discovered: "THE CUSTOMER SERVICE" IS EMAIL ONLY! THEY DO NOT HAVE A NUMBER TO CONTACT THE COMPANY. I went ahead and sent the email explaining what happened and wanting to see if the issue could be resolved. This is what they responded back with: "We apologize for the inconvenience, but we can not accept any address changes after your order has been processed. We pride ourselves on speedy delivery ( obviously don't pride themselves on anything else) and prepare your order for shipment the moment it is placed. While we can not be responsible for incorrect address input at checkout, we do have options to make this right. 1. We are not able to contact the carrier (Which makes no sense) but in some cases they will help forward your packages if you reach out to them. 2. IF the package is returned to sender, we can reship the package to the corrected address. 3. If you purchased "Route" ( Another fee they add on) and the package is delivered to the incorrect address, you can file a claim with THEM (IF YOU PURCHASE THIS AT CHECKOUT) THEIR team will assist with a replacement or refund, IF approved. Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Then they continue to state: As our warehouse begins processing orders immediately after placement, your order CANNOT BE CANCELED OR MODIFIED PER OUR POLICY. Once received, you can proceed with an exchange within 30 days of delivery and we will be happy to assist with that. WHAT THEY DID NOT SAY UPON MY RESEARCH IS THAT: you will NOT get a refund back to your original source of payment, it will only be STORE CREDIT. THEN THEY SAID: As a thank you for understanding, we invite you to use code CLOVER15 for a 15% savings off any future purchases to show our appreciation to for you. GRANTED I JUST PAID THESE PEOPLE $103 FOR A HOODIE AND SWEAT PANTS. Since they were no help, I went to the carrier they use "ONTRAC" and explained the situation. They stated that: this seller requires approval for the address changes. They said they would ask for the package to be held pending their permission (comfrt permission) and they will do their best to accommodate this request. Please contact the seller for assistance with correcting the address, and ask them to contact us directly to have the change approved. I let them know that I had already contacted the seller and they told me to contact the carrier. They proceed to say that they cannot update this address, because all address changes require approval from the seller ( even though they stated that there is nothing they can do about it) since the package is out for delivery, we will forward the information to the driver to STOP delivery and return the package to the warehouse. please contact your seller for assistance with correcting the address. I then reached back out to COMFRT (by email) and stated that I had attached the conversation from THEIR delivery carrier, that they said I needed to reach out to them, they were suppose to stop the delivery, and how then can I get the address updated.... guess what: THEY DELIVERED THE PACKAGE ANYWAYS AND PUT IT IN A HUB BOX I NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS TO AT THAT APARTMENT COMPLEX. I then go to the apartment complex explaining the situation. They are not able to open up the Hub box. I then reach back out to ONTRAC and they basically stated that the package was no longer in their possession and there was nothing they could do, reach out to the seller. I CALLED AMAZON HUB SINCE THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE HUB BOXES: In less than 5 minutes, I explained the situation I was able to verify all of the information and they gave me the code to get my package. Even though I did not see that my address auto corrected to my old address, the fact that this company was not able to help with NOTHING is absolutely ridiculous!!! COMFRT and ONTRAC where not even on the same page when it came to the rules for each other. I will NEVER order from this company again and its sad because I was so excited for this order. I don't even want to open the stupid package but cant return it because I wont get my money back. Please, please, please learn from my mistake and check EVERYTHING before you check out. Also don't buy from companies that don't have customer service and are not willing to help in any way. Once they have your money that's it and that's all they care about.

It’s so comfy, and so cute! My kids (and myself) love to wear these sets! We will be getting one in every color! And the variety of colors is so good!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!

Worst customer service. I didn't read the return policy before ordering. They do not offer orignal payment refunds. They only offer gift cards as credit. They refused to refund my order and only offered a gift card credit. I ordered another sweatshirt in a different size and they refused to use the credit towards it. Do not trust Comfrt company.

Awful company….. ordered something for 2 day shipping, got half my order and I’m still sitting here a month later waiting. No questions have been answered for me at all. The single item I’ve gotten has been a let down and I won’t ever be purchasing from this site again. Save yourself the time and money waiting for overhyped apparel.

WORST WORST Costumer service EVER!! My wife's sweatshirt arrived with what seems to be a small blood stain on it. The first representative said don't worry after we sent a picture, and they will send a new one, but then nothing happened. The next costumer service representative, Janice, told me to try washing it out. When I told her no thank you, she responded a week later that it showed I returned the sweatshirt, but I hadn't. Now it's been almost two months, and they still haven't sent a return label so my wife is expected to just wear a stained sweatshirt or pay to have it sent back?? Comfrt should have rectified the situation immediately. It's one thing to get the wrong size, but it's another to think your sweatshirt has someone else's blood on it, or that someone else possibly wore it first. Gross. As a company trying to lower anxiety, could you imagine how someone with contamination OCD would have felt opening the package? Luckily, my wife is a mental health therapist so it's just been a frustration instead of a cool gift.

HORRIBLE customer service. I read their return policy and they said I could get a refund to my original payment method if I cancelled my order within 7 days. I cancelled my order within 1 hour because I accidentally ordered an extra hoodie. They kept assuring me that I will get a refund through my original payment method but they sent me an online gift card instead. They are SCAMMERS.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. I ordered my hoodies two months ago. When they don't come I contacted customer service..I still don't have my items and or a refund. It's been cat and mouse with their customer service. DO NOT purchase from this company.

I wanted to like this company so much because who doesn't love comfy sweats. Unfortunately, it has been one dissapointment after another. The clothes are way to oversized, the shipping is a nightmare and customer service is a joke. After all I have spent, I have nothing and the company is fine with that. Overpriced and way overhyped. Thumbs down for me...

I would NEVER order from this company again. I ordered adult socks and they only fit my 12 year old niece. I did a pre-order December 12th and was supposed to get the beginning of February. I still haven't received. I finally got an email back from them and now they are saying March 25th at least till they'll mail out. WTH. They will NOT refund since I didn't ask for a refund within 7 days of ordering. But 7 days after ordering i though I'd be getting my order the beginning of February for my daughters bday. The said they can only do ecredit which is in store credit. Why would I want anything else from this company when all it's given me was the run around. Save your money and buy from a company that actually cares about their customers.

Bought a Medium...Looking for Feedback on Size Small Before Buying
I am 5'10" and about 155 lbs. I bought a medium set and LOVE it but being so oversized I don't feel like I can wear it out of the house. I keep scouring reviews to try to find someone my height and weight-ish to see if anyone has a small set and if they like it. I don't want the pants to squeeze my waist. The mediums are just so oversized! The return process is a bit of a pain so I'm trying to see if anyone can help me with feedback?

I wish I could give a negative review. I bought a sweatshirt and sweatpants for my youngest daughter at Christmas, it was on her list. It had holes at the seams. Returned it and figured I would give them another try. This time I had spend $144, a sweatshirt, sweatpants and pajama bottoms. Never received them. I had reached out when it was clear that they were lost. No phone number just an email. They responded I needed to wait to see if it was delivered. Checked the shipping company, no name shipping people that said it was in a city about an hour away for the past week. Reached out again no response. Then at 2pm a few weeks ago it said my package was delivered at 8pm that same day…it was only 2pm. Called my daughter to see if it was delivered and nothing was. The next day after reaching out again to Comfrt and the shipping company the time was updated. Comfrt then finally reached out and said my package was delivered and it was my problem because I didn’t buy the shipping insurance. The shipping company told me I needed to talk with the company where the package came from because they delivered it. No photo showing proof of any packages being delivered. Over received my items and they won’t give me my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a scam and have NO customer service

I can’t really comment to the quality. I have been waiting since December for my order and it isn’t suppose to ship until later March. I don’t understand the wait, but it would be worth it. I think it is very poor that you have to wait that long and have your money tied up and no product

Absolutely love the hoodies!! Bought my first pair now I have two..my kids are hooked and they would like one as well. It honestly stands by the name - Comfrt!! It’s one of the most comfortable sweatsuit specially during travels.

Do not buy from this company. Some of the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered a sweatsuit at the beginning of January. Suit came and top and bottom did not match (despite being the same color on the website). I had to send over 5 emails explaining the issue with pictures for them to approve the return. Finally they did and sent a return label. I sent it back over two weeks ago. The return was delivered to them 10 days ago. I had to reach out to them to ask when I should expect a return. They responded asking if I had returned “both items or just one.” I told them both. That was 4 days ago. I have sent two additional email requesting an update on the replacement without response. I will be filing the purchase as fraud with my credit card company. For clothing that costs more than $100, I would expect some competency. Save you time and money and go somewhere else.

I really wanted to love this set, but ended up returning it. It wasn’t as soft/cozy- as all of the reviews had stated, and the fit was just weird. The sleeves on the sweatshirt were SO long- I held it up against another size L sweatshirt and they were 6” longer- and the pants were snug in the hips but again long. Overall disappointed.

Do not buy from this company! They hide their return policy. When you order, you can return items, but only for an e-gift card. They messed up my order by sending the wrong items, and the ones I received didn’t fit properly. I contacted them about returning the items, and they told me they only offer e-gift cards, no refunds. I spent $185 on the order, but my return was only valued at $159, even though I received incorrect items. This company offers no real support, so beware. I expected much better customer service given the situation. Now, my e-gift card won’t even cover the cost of replacing the items I originally ordered. I would’ve left a good review if it weren’t for the terrible customer service. Buyers, be cautious!

Absolutely love this brand! I have bought multiple items from it (sweat pants, shorts, hoodies, and crop tops) and love all of them. They are true to size, made very well/high quality, and very soft and comfortable and also exactly as pictured. This is easily my favorite brand for these kinds of clothing and I have recommended it to multiple friends!
