Customer service is absolutely trash for this company. Be careful what you order. I placed a pre-order. in December 28. It got here in March which was fine and then when I received it, it was the wrong color and the pants were massive so I reached out sent them pictures of the color that I received, which was a green color and I had ordered milestone gray. They then offered me a gift card if I return it for 30 something dollars I believe or right at $30. I’ll have to look back and see But I said no because I paid more than that. I just want what I ordered so then they agreed to send me the correct color and a size medium. I returned it on April 2. I finally get an email about two weeks later. I had to let them know. Hey I returned it because I hadn’t heard anything. They tell me OK let’s review and we’ll get back to you a few days later I get an email saying my return expired well now my return didn’t expire. I sent my order to you then in the same day they’re telling me oh yeah we’re reviewing your order. We’ll send you a gift card. No, that’s not what we agreed on. We agreed on you sending me what I ordered and a size medium. it’s definitely not worth the hassle! Be VERY CAUTIOUS with this company.

I wasn’t sure what to expect if it was worth the hype or not. And it was! The Affirmation set lives to its expectations. The hoodie helps me relax and stay calm which reduces my anxiety levels. It even makes me strut when I walk like a sense of confidence I feel like a different person. Not sure how they do this but it works! Totally recommend! Definitely helped boost my confidence!

Be sure about your size as their ‘return’ process is horrible. I’m embarking on what looks to be about a month process that will cost me 50% more than what I paid at initial purchase to exchange a pair of sweat pants for the exact same ones one size smaller. Bought the pants as part of a set as a present and with no option to exchange ( you have to return for store credit and rebuy) between the higher price of buying the pants on their own on the shipping charge in out another $20+. Oh and then did contact them and they were very quick to confirm this is their process.

I guess the quality is fine just not right for me. I am looking to return my 2 sweatshirt and the company claims its system is down!? Very difficult to work with! I do not feel a return should take so much effort.

I love this set. By far the most comfortable and durable sweat set I’ve ever purchased. The slightly weighted material is so cozy. The price is so worth what you are receiving. I will be purchasing more from Comfrt! I love the brands mission, I received my product 3 days after purchase!

Quality of these sweatshirts are not great. The “weighted” sweatshirt is not weighted. I literally took off a 9$ Walmart sweatshirt and put this one on and it was lighter. I tried to return it only to get a message back that there are no refunds- only store credit. This is not clearly stated when checking out. I had this store credit so I figured I would try again and get a larger size to wear around the house and the proportions are comical. The sleeves are over a foot longer than the end of the sweatshirt. Iv never felt like iv wasted money more than purchasing from this store.

I received a Comfrt set for my birthday last week! The quality is amazing!! This clothing line is literally the most comfortable outfit I own. My husband wanted me to try it on before work and I didn't even want to take it off to leave the house. I already can’t wait to purchase more!!!

Our dog Gizmo loves his hoodie. He fights us whenever we try to take it off. Thank you Comfrt!

I’ve tried some pretty expensive sweat sets and nothing compares to Comfrt. It’s AMAZING quality (which is hard to come by) and fits amazing

You won't get your merchandise, and you won't get your money back. This company cheated me out of my money and did not refund me. I have been waiting 3 months and haven't gotten the clothes or the money back. I made a purchase but never received my order. I ordered a hoodie, matching sweatpants, and a candle. I submitted a request, and they said they'd resend it. I got the tracking information on December 16th, and when it was supposed to have been received, I still did not get anything. My apartment complex has a secure package facility, so there is no way it could have been stolen. I requested a refund on December 31st. They said they could give me a 70% refund, but I said no. I want a 100% refund, especially since they couldn't even name the courier so I could try to track down the package myself. They said they'd give me a 100% refund, but it would take 15 to 25 days; 22 days later, I emailed saying I never received my refund. They said they reapplied for it. I finally just asked, on February 4th, "Am I going to get a refund?" they said I would in 15 to 25 business days. On February 26th, I told them I would write a review, seeing how I would not get a refund. They replied, saying I would as my refund was approved. It's been 77 days, and I have not received the clothing, candle, or refund.

I absolutely love my Comfrt Bubblegum hoodie set! It’s the best set I’ve ever purchased. The material is thick, warm, and incredibly cozy—perfect for lounging or stepping out in style. The softness is next-level, and it feels amazing on my skin. Not only is it comfortable, but the quality is also outstanding. I’ll definitely be adding more Comfrt sets to my collection! Highly recommend!

Received this set as a gift and absolutely love it!! Have gotten so many compliments on it!

I ordered the hoodie and sweatpants. They were WAY too big and the material way too thick. The pants looked like clown pants. Just be aware that they will not refund your money if you return them. They want to give you a gift card. If I would have known that, I wouldn't have ordered them. I now opened a claim with PayPal to try to get my money back. It’s ridiculous they won’t give a refund. Buyer beware.

I love how thick and soft and comfy these sweats are. They feel so good on my skin. I want never take them off. It's like wearing heaven in the clouds. Can I just live in them. Everyday. Please.

Buyer beware you will not get a full refund! Only store credit! Very very heavy fabric! So disappointed I bought multiple sizes to try first. My kids won’t wear.

The most comfortable, high quality set of sweats I’ve ever owned. I now have about 4 sets and am always buying more. They’re slightly weighted and I definitely over wear them💕
