Amazing brand love the hoodies for us and for the dogs , also I want each color haha make some lighter ones for the summer we would love that as well the fabric is so soft and amazing love love love it

If you know me you know I’m in Comfrt every day of my life it’s so easily my favorite clothing brand and I simply cannot get enough! I’m trying to become and ambassador and it’s not working no one’s helping me out I’ve tried emailing them and I haven’t gotten an answer yet.

I ordered three sets of their hoodie and sweats. During my purchase I accidentally hit the pre order instead of order which their customer service said I could pay the difference. However the items are listed as 3-5 day shipping and I'm weeks in and have yet to receive anything so I chose not to pay the difference, and to wait since it seems that to their description of "pre order" that all of my items purchased are not any where near their promised delivery date. Customer service is an absolute joke who thinks putting a 🧸 🤍 at the end of the email makes it all okay. In my opinion these people are taking advantage of mental health as a means of generating revenue. They sell Over Priced soft clothing with the worst customer service and shipping you could imagine. First and last purchase! Do not pre order anything from this company unless you want to lose your money and deal with a nightmare customer service team with likely no positive result.

No refund policy. This is unacceptable. I should have checked the policy first and I would have NEVER ordered from them. Shame on me. As for the loungewear, Their sizes are way off. The pants are made for someone who is 6 feet tall. I was not happy with the material either. Very cheap, thin, not weighted at all as advertised. If you are not skinny and tall do not bother to order these clothes, they show every bump and bulge and they look awful.

I placed my order a month ago and I have no package, absolutely no updates on shipping, just emails confirming my order. I have been waiting patiently for my package and reached out. Not sure if they’re over selling sold out stock but it should be noted and customers should be updated.

Sizes too varied from style to style. No customer service phone number and returning an item is an extra expense. You should cover return shipping. Why is the travel style so much smaller than the spring colors were?

I ordered almost $200 worth of clothing and have never received it. No one will answer my emails. No response what’s so ever. Very upset!!

I purchased 2 hoodies and the size was too big. I cannot get a refund of my money as they refuse to send it. I have now involved my credit card company after weeks of waiting.

DO NOT BUY FROM COMFRT!! They have horrible customer service and return policies. I had to return my twice (they run HUGE). Instead of a refund they will only issue credit. The first time I sent it back it took about a month to receive my credit. I sent back a second set (still too big) about 2 months ago and still haven't seen my return/credit. I've contacted customer service and they keep telling me it's "being processed." No clue if I'll ever see the $100 I spent on these sweats.

Comfort sucks I would never buy a hoodie from here because of how many annoying ads they run on all my social media platforms. They’re clearly cheaply made and spend all their money on advertisements instead of actually bettering their product. Don’t buy anything from here. they are the worst. Hey comfort! here’s a tip, STOP WITH THE ADVERTISEMENT. YOU ARE SO ANNOYING.

Bought the tank top in tan and doesnt look like the pictures. I am 5"2 and it's a bra on me. Horrible costumer service.

I have been eyeing this brand for a while! I got the sweatshirt & jogger set & it doesn’t disappoint. It is so soft, perfectly oversized and super comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Customer service is non existent. I did a pre order set for my daughter and got a hefty discount for waiting several months. The sweatpants fit her great, the sweatshirt is too small tried to do an even exchange for the next size up. You have to return the sweatshirt then wait for the credit. Fine no big deal. Problem is I paid $17 for the sweatshirt and get a $17 discount that unfortunately won’t pay for the exact same sweatshirt in the larger size (L vs M). Because if you want to order just the sweatshirt it’s $39 which my credit won’t cover. Not sure how this is even fair. Sent MUTLIPLE emails with no response. Will NEVER order from them again.

Worse customer service. Place your order wait 3 months for it to ship and you'll only receive a credit it you need to return. Nope....I'll go elsewhere...

Really horrible customer service, it has taken me over a month, and over 30 emails to get my return processed. The overall quality is not bad though, I have yet to receive my preorder but that is expected. Looking forward to receiving my sweatshirt and sweatpants, hopefully it will be worth it

BEWARE DO NOT BUY : I purchased 2 sweatpants and 2 hoodies. I recieved the sweatpants and they are to big. I tired to find a number for customer service so I can return them for a smaller size, NO #I emailed them twice and have not heard back in over 3 weeks. Then I recieved an email stating that my hoodies were delivered, I never recieved them. Again I emailed them and have not heard back again. In total I have sent 3 emailed and have not been able to return the sweatpants and have no idea where my hoodies went. So I am out of my money. DO NOT ORDER, BECAUSE YOU HAVE NOT WAY TO CONTACT THESE PEOPLE. BEWARE !!!!!

They have the comfiest lounge wear in neutral colors.

i love this brand so much, i have bought multiple sets and will continue to shop here!

Very comfy. Would recommend for anyone who wants to look fly and comfortable.
