Order placed in April. Product paid for in April. Its now July and none of the items have been received, refunded or my inquiries responded to. For a company claiming to support 'mental health' they're misleading advertising, they actually do NOTHING to support peace of mind or faith in 'the process'. Additionally, they're continuing to advertise the product, claiming it can be received in just days, yet I have been waiting (74) days. Only to be met with silence and inattentiveness. This is DEFINITELY NOT a company that supports ANY benefit to Mental Health. Dana Bultez

So cute! So fluffy and I love how the hoodie is wide an comfy. The colors on the sweater and short pants set are so cute as well. I am very happy to have bought this after seeing it on my feed. And what's better than having a matching pastel hoodie set with my sister, Bbogle (who's a poodle).

Comfrt is soo worth it! It’s definitely one of my favorite hoodie brands. I would definitely recommend them to one of my friends. The quality of their pieces are high quality and feel very well crafted.

WORST COMPANY TO ORDER FROM!!!! This place is a scam to get more money out of you. My husband measured me using THE SIZING CHART on the COMFRT website. I would be a SMALL according to their sizing chart, again ON THEIR WEBSITE. I ordered the small since I was going off their sizing chart and I should of had plenty of room and yet when I received them, NO the bottoms did not fit. Now here's the second problem. NON EXISTANT customer service. The "EXCHANGE POLICY" is complete nonsense. Explain to your customers, WHY it just cost me ANOTHER $17.32 ON TOP of what I've already paid to purchase the EXACT same pair of sweatpants to get the CORRECT size?? You are FALSLY ADVERTISING your SIZING CHART with INACCURATE SIZES, with a NONSENSE and NON EXISTANT "EXCHANGE POLICY" JUST TO OBTAIN MORE REVENUE. The thing that makes it even worst, NIKE products are more "weighted and oversized" then these OVER PRICED and UNDERSIZED products.

*** BUYER BEWARE *** The entire experience has been horrible. I have waited over 85 days for my product which was ordered in April and we are now halfway through June. No where when I ordered did anything state that it would take that long, their excuse was that it was "made-to-order". I doubt they have someone hand knitting these. I am moving next week and will likely not be here to receive the product. I contacted Comfrt to ask them to cancel the order and refund to my original payment method and John A, the CX Rep, only offered store credit or an e-giftcard. John A played the back and forth condesending email game for a bit until I said that the BS was done. I don't want store credit now that I know how long it takes to receive their products and I would never use an e-gift card for a friend to have to go through the misery that their customer support is. I will no longer buy from this company and I suggest that the *** BUYER BEWARE ***

Bought the travel jacket and camo jacket with matching sweat pants. To be honest I am disappointed. As someone who sleeps with a weighted blanket for years this material is not "slightly weighted" it is simply a thick material that no normal person would wear just lounging around. They are made for winter. Super thick material made for someone who is freezing. Or needs a blanket all the time. I will not buy from them again. No reason to, just go find a thick jacket/sweater same thing. The travel jacket does have 6 pockets 2 are netted inside the main pockets.

The best hoodie ever it being slightly weighted is a game changer!!! i love how this company incorporated mental health into fashion!!ordering was so simple and easy and i got my hoddie at a great price!!

the softest sweat set i’ve ever had! i’d recommend going a size down because it’s super oversized! i’ve been wearing this set everyday and it’s been the softest set ive own. 10/10 recommend to anyone who is looking for a comfortable sweat set!

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I ordered my daughter 2 hoodies and a pair of sweatpants because she loved mine. Order says it was delivered and I can confirm with my cameras it was not. I checked with all my neighbors and no one has it. Waited for the mail next day still nothing . Comfrt says they aren’t responsible for the shipping once it leaves their hands if the customer doesn’t get it it isn’t their problem and wouldn’t refund or reship items. I will never order from here again .

Amazing brand love the hoodies for us and for the dogs , also I want each color haha make some lighter ones for the summer we would love that as well the fabric is so soft and amazing love love love it

If you know me you know I’m in Comfrt every day of my life it’s so easily my favorite clothing brand and I simply cannot get enough! I’m trying to become and ambassador and it’s not working no one’s helping me out I’ve tried emailing them and I haven’t gotten an answer yet.

I ordered three sets of their hoodie and sweats. During my purchase I accidentally hit the pre order instead of order which their customer service said I could pay the difference. However the items are listed as 3-5 day shipping and I'm weeks in and have yet to receive anything so I chose not to pay the difference, and to wait since it seems that to their description of "pre order" that all of my items purchased are not any where near their promised delivery date. Customer service is an absolute joke who thinks putting a 🧸 🤍 at the end of the email makes it all okay. In my opinion these people are taking advantage of mental health as a means of generating revenue. They sell Over Priced soft clothing with the worst customer service and shipping you could imagine. First and last purchase! Do not pre order anything from this company unless you want to lose your money and deal with a nightmare customer service team with likely no positive result.

No refund policy. This is unacceptable. I should have checked the policy first and I would have NEVER ordered from them. Shame on me. As for the loungewear, Their sizes are way off. The pants are made for someone who is 6 feet tall. I was not happy with the material either. Very cheap, thin, not weighted at all as advertised. If you are not skinny and tall do not bother to order these clothes, they show every bump and bulge and they look awful.

I placed my order a month ago and I have no package, absolutely no updates on shipping, just emails confirming my order. I have been waiting patiently for my package and reached out. Not sure if they’re over selling sold out stock but it should be noted and customers should be updated.

Sizes too varied from style to style. No customer service phone number and returning an item is an extra expense. You should cover return shipping. Why is the travel style so much smaller than the spring colors were?

I ordered almost $200 worth of clothing and have never received it. No one will answer my emails. No response what’s so ever. Very upset!!

I purchased 2 hoodies and the size was too big. I cannot get a refund of my money as they refuse to send it. I have now involved my credit card company after weeks of waiting.

DO NOT BUY FROM COMFRT!! They have horrible customer service and return policies. I had to return my twice (they run HUGE). Instead of a refund they will only issue credit. The first time I sent it back it took about a month to receive my credit. I sent back a second set (still too big) about 2 months ago and still haven't seen my return/credit. I've contacted customer service and they keep telling me it's "being processed." No clue if I'll ever see the $100 I spent on these sweats.
