I am extremely disappointed with Comfrt Clothing. I never received my order due to issues with their deliver company, but what made this experience even worse was Comfrt's complete lack of communication and accountability. Emails were answered with generic responses, there were no meaningful updates, and I was left to figure out the situation on my own. Customer service is a direct reflection of the company, and in this case it is terrible. When you take customers money, basic communication and support are bare minimum. Comfrt failed on both. I will never recommend this company. BTW it has been well over a month and I still never received my order!

I am extremely disappointed with this company. I have been a loyal customer for a couple of years and have always loved their outfits—until now. For Christmas, my significant other purchased me an outfit, not realizing I had already bought the same one previously and wasn’t fond of the color. He also purchased an outfit for his daughter but accidentally ordered the wrong size. We followed the return process on the website, and during that process it clearly gave the option for a refund to the original payment method. We selected that option and have emails and proof showing this. Despite that, we were later told that the company will only issue store credit. If refunds to the original payment method are not an option, why is it even presented during the return process? That is extremely misleading. To make matters worse, the returned items were never even opened or reviewed before this decision was made. This entire experience has been frustrating and disappointing, especially from a company we have supported for years. Unfortunately, this has been a terrible customer service experience and has seriously impacted my trust in the company.

Do not buy from this company!! Their customer service is terrible! They do not respond back only an auto response! My husband ordered a set for a gift! Well when I opened it found it too big and it was past the 30 days so i could not exchange it! The set was also pricey! Beware of this company!!!

Terrible customer service and privacy policies negate the high-quality merchandise provided by this company. Their return policy is the worst I’ve experienced in a long long time. It’s surprising because the quality of their merchandise is actually quite high. They obviously don’t have confidence in their product or they would permit individuals to return their goods and get a refund. One may exchange or return for store credit. But one may not return for a refund. What is really galling, on top of their return policy being so poor and their obvious lack of confidence in their own goods, is their privacy policy! In order to opt out of them using your personal data you have to send them an email expressly stating that you do not want them to use your personal data. Again, this shows a lack of trust of their customers and a lack of belief in their own product. Why not let someone opt out like every other retail merchant does on the face of the planet? I’m going to use up the credit that I received for the returned goods that didn’t fit properly and then I will never shop at this merchant again. I strongly recommend that you find your sweats somewhere else. There’s plenty of other places that have better customer service and a reasonable privacy policy. Check them out on the Better Business Bureau website. They completely fail their clients. So many complaints and so many unresolved complaints.

I would be very cautious of using this company. I purchased a sweatshirt, it was the incorrect size. Their website says that you can make an exchange, however when I tried to do an exchange it would only let me make a return. This made it so that I had to wait until the sweatshirt was returned to get a gift card to purchase the exact same item. Most likely so they could charge me again for the extra fee. Then I used the gift card number and I paid the extra through my credit card. The change went through on my card. Then I received a notification by email telling me that the check out wasn't complete. I went back to see if it hadn't gone through. Sure enough the gift card number was no longer active, my credit card had been charged and there was no order that went through. I tried to contact them and they haven't done a thing about it. Now I am going to have to have my bank flag this company as potential scam and contact the BBB. I would not recommend them at all. TERRIBLE customer service and never received order and they keep putting me through the wringer! I will just buy this brand off of Facebook marketplace cause comfrt does not know how to help its customers, no product to show because I NEVER RECEIVED IT!!!!!

Ordered 2 Sweatshirts on November 7th. Was confirmed by 2 separate emails my order will be shipped around December 16th. Nothing yet. Since then sweatshirts were fully stocked twice and no order yet. The sweatshirts that were in stock one was the same price and the other was $10 more. Emailed to fill my order and I would pay the $10. No response. They instead now say my order will be coming end of January beginning of February. No we’re sorry and we will rush your order, instead they tried saying it was confusion on my part. Horrible customer service. Especially when I have 2 emails from customer service stating delivery around December 16th. This has been so frustrating and bad experience. I doubt I will get my order soon. The product better be worth it cause the ordering has not. Also my daughter ordered a sweatshirt from them the Friday after Thanksgiving and received it in 2 weeks. Makes no sense. No phone number to call just email. And they don’t care to make the customer experience any better just blame them.

Order was placed on Nov 30 and has been at the shipping facility since Dec 4. I’ve tried to contact comfrt and shipping company and nothing. Guess Santa gifts will be sparse this year. Not acceptable

Zero stars. Comfort, take notes—Nordstrom nails customer service while you flop hard. Ordered pricey sweatsuits mid-October, expected early November—still no show. Eight emails sent; only two replies, no real help. Your support phone? Voicemail telling me to email—done that! Approved replacement three weeks ago? No tracking, no package. I need this by Christmas, idiots. Nordstrom picks up in seconds and fixes problems; you offer 25% off like that’s enough for your mess. You would think if you spent $500 you could get some kind of customer service!

THEY SUCK & ARE THIEVES! I ordered Comfrt Cloud pink sweatshirt & pants back in June. I ordered a medium but they were like a men’s 2xl. I tried to return them immediately & they said they didn’t have my email. It’s now December. They finally sent a return label but no store credit & I get the same automated email message they’ll get back to me. Lying thieves, do not buy from this bogus company

Ive ordered from them multiple times. So far so good. Then, in August I pre ordered 2 sets. Never and I mean never pre order from them. My shipment date was Nov 15th. It's December 6th and still not shipped. Nor will they respond to my emails. No customer support phone number either. Will be reporting to BBB. Definitely won't be a customer long if this is how they do business.

Ordered a variety of items, material was of poor quality. Was unable to return them because Comfrt will only provide you a gift cart. Overall very disappointing experience and not somewhere I would order from again.

The customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. The item I bought got lost in the mail and they won’t refund my money. They only gave me a credit and didn’t refund the shipping so if I want to use the credit I have to pay shipping cost again. AWFUL company!

Horrible company! I bought a few items back last month and in three days, got an email from the company that the items were delivered and showed a picture of the exterior of our house, no visual picture of the actual package. We unfortunately did not get any packages. We have ring cameras around our home and did not witness anyone delivering our package. We contacted comfrt, they didn't have a phone number only email about this matter. After 2-3 weeks they got back to us only to say "the items were delivered on our end." They did not try to resend the items and or give us a refund. We then notify PayPal for an item dispute and thank god they were in our favor and refunded our money back. Comfrt was one of the worse customer service ever. For a company that supports anxiety, it sure caused my anxiety to escalate and get worse. Never order from them!

Horrible Customer Service! It took them 3 weeks to respond to an email, and then another 2 weeks to respond after that! I unfortunately fell for an instagram ad, and will never be supporting a business that doesn’t respond to its customers. No item is worth terrible customer support.

The hoodies and the blanket are so comfy! Love them! I wear my hoodie everytime I travel! It’s the best and the blanket is so comfortable on cold fall nights. The quality is unmatched and fit is so good.
