Comfrt gets a star because I do love my leopard print sweatpants, however the airplane hoodie was seriously underwhelming and when I tried to cancel my preorder under their policy of offering a refund for pre-orders not shipped by 14 days post estimated ship date, they gave me the runaround, even though the policy is clearly stated on their website.

The quality is nice but still WELL overpriced. My main issue is customer service. First time customer- I was hesitant to buy seeing their clothes are so costly but I contacted Comfrt about their return policy and I was told returns had free shipping within 30 day window so I thought it was ok to buy. I placed several separate orders before Christmas. One order was a pre-order placed on 12/23 and I changed my mind so I emailed on 12/30 to stop the order (within the 7 day window) for a full refund. Comfort responded on 12/30 that I could if I provided more info (which I did reply back with on 12/30) and I haven’t heard confirmation back-it’s been since 12/30 and today is 1/11. I’ve emailed basically EVERY DAY since with no response. I also felt misguided that returns (within the 30 day window) are just for STORE CREDIT rather than REFUND. When I originally reached out regarding their return policy before purchasing-they should have mentioned that. RIDICULOUS. I feel like this is a scam
