I ordered a robe in April and got it the beginning of May. When I received the robe it was quite not right so I decided to send it back. After getting the label and mailing it back I have had one terrible experience after another! They have made excuses upon excuses and as of June 12th I still haven’t received my refund!! They have done nothing but give me the run around! Customer service is horrible and there is no phone number to contact!

So comfortable and I love to wear it to bed it’s really amazing and I have a bunch at home. This is what I love to wear when I can relax and chill it’s so nice to wear and really great. I am so impressed with this company

I put in a pre-order in February 2026 for a Comfrt Lounge Set that committed to delivering by May 17, 2026. I wasn't given any updates on my order and began to get concerned as it hadn't shipped by May 10, 2026. On May 12, 2026, I noticed that my order had been refunded and cancelled and I was not notified of any issues. I had to reach out to Customer Support and find out that there was an "error with our stock count". How is there a stock error on a pre-ordered item? Why did I have to reach out to find out about this stock error? Why was this stock error not noticed until one week before the intended delivery? Why wasn't I accommodated for the inconvenience with another Comfrt Lounge Set? I would've appreciated an offer on another color or an exchange of some kind but I'm being told that I have to pre-order again. Why would I do that? Just for Comfrt to cancel one week from delivery after months of waiting again? This was an awful experience. I was relying on this gift for my wife's birthday and Comfrt did not come through for me.

I strongly advise against using the “pre-order” function with this company, especially if you are purchasing a matching set. Twice in the last six months, I have pre-ordered a top and bottom set, only to receive the bottoms while being told the top “magically” sold out. It appears their inventory system prioritizes immediate “order now” purchases over customers who secured their items in advance via pre-order. The result is that you are left paying for half an outfit that you cannot wear as intended. Their inventory management and preorder allocation process clearly needs work. Until they fix how they handle pre-orders, I would save your money and shop elsewhere.

I love my new hoodie and sweatpants from Comfrt! The added weight is wonderful for relaxing and keeping warm at the same time. I will be purchasing some for our whole family! Maybe even the dogs!!! Thanks again comfrt!

Very disappointing customer service experience with Comfrt. I contacted them before my pre-order even shipped to request a simple size change. Instead of handling it directly, I received what felt like automated responses pushing me toward the return process — which makes no sense for an order that hadn’t been fulfilled yet. After multiple follow-ups, I was told the change would require an additional charge. Charging a customer to correct a size on an unshipped pre-order is unreasonable and shows a lack of flexibility and basic customer consideration. At that point, it became clear it would be easier to let the item ship and go through a return, which is inefficient for both the customer and the company. While the representative remained polite, the process itself is rigid, poorly designed, and not customer-friendly. This could have been resolved in a single response but instead turned into unnecessary back-and-forth with no real solution. Overall, the experience felt impersonal and policy-driven rather than customer-focused. I would hesitate to order again based on this alone.

The sizing doesn’t fit me because I’m only 5'4 and it’s too long, I had read that things could be returned and then found out that it’s only for a store credit. That should be stated very clearly and is not friendly customer service. Also, the color what’s much more faded than the picture.

I have ordered hoodies on multiple occasions and I love them. I ordered a hoodie and sweatpants for my grand daughter and accidentally ordered twice. As soon as I realized this i reached out to comfrt. 10 minutes after I ordered. There answer about canceling 1 of my orders was that they couldn't . I have to exchange 1 of them for the same items in a different size.. This is ridiculous. Any other company would have cancelled 1 of the orders! So although I love the product I will not be ordering from Comfrt again. Customer Service sucks!!

I have bought 4 sets of comfrt and requested Cobalt blue in airplane mode. I was told there was no plan to make it in that color. I ordered a 5th set in cobalt blue and bought an eye mask elsewhere. When I placed my order for the blue set there was an offer for an additional item, blue shorts, I had no interest in buying short but while scrolling accidentally hit the button. The item added without any option to confirm or remove the item. I had to email back and forth for several days being told I could only get a store credit. They told me the order had already shipped several times only to have to have later receive an email saying the order was almost ready to ship. After days of attempts I was finally issued a credit. To make matters worse after all this, they announced airplane mode is now available in cobalt blue!!! The sweats themselves are so comfy but I will NEVER buy from them again because of their customer service practices!!!

I strongly advise against ordering presale items from this company. My experience was extremely disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable. I ordered a brown sweatshirt and sweatpant set on presale, fully understanding and accepting the extended production timeline. While the sweatpants arrived within the estimated timeframe, the matching sweatshirt did not. After waiting an additional two weeks, I contacted customer service and was assured the item was on its way. Several days later, I received a follow-up stating the sweatshirt was actually out of stock and that I would be refunded. This completely defeated the purpose of my purchase, which was to have a matching set. I returned the sweatpants as a result, only to be told that I would receive store credit instead of a full refund—despite the issue being entirely due to the company’s error. As it stands, I am out $40 and left with a very negative impression of both their fulfillment process and customer service practices. I cannot recommend supporting a company that handles situations like this so poorly.

They do not let you cancel or modify orders the page does not exist even though there is a link. They push products at you after the purchase that will automatically ship if you accidentally hit a button. The orders cannot be cancelled per their customer service. The return policy does not have any way to refund money.

I ordered the Signature Fit Hoodie and Sweatpants for my daughter. First, they are super warm and soft. The oversized weighted feel is so comfortable and the color options were great. Having a 4.11 frame, they recommended getting the kids sweatpants which was a great recommendation as they fit her perfectly. Very happy!
