  • I am quite disappointed with how "Comfrt" handles shipping and the many excuses they give for why my order is not complete. I ordered four matching sets of sweatpants and tops, but they only shipped two tops on February 6 and 7, 2026. The entire order was supposed to be delivered by February 12, 2026, but “Comfrt” later changed the delivery date to March 9, 2026. The remaining items have not been processed for shipment. This experience has left me dissatisfied with their business practices and inconsistent response when I followed up. The 105-day delay, from November 26, 2025, to March 11, 2026, and their apparent disregard for shipping complete sets make me hesitant to recommend or shop with their company again. I highly recommend that customers avoid buying any products labeled PRE SALE, as the shipping and arrival dates will continue to change. In addition, “Comfrt” does not provide a customer service number, and there will be a delay in receiving a response to your email inquiry. They will offer discounts to make additional purchases, but your current order has been significantly delayed. And when you do not accept their discount bribe, they will tell you they cannot offer a refund, but they can place your purchase price on a gift card that you can only use with them. Their website does not share the business practice when they fail to meet their obligation. This type of business forces consumers to take their hard-earned money somewhere else, you decide.

  • If I could give this place negative stars, I would. The sizing of each item is wildy different (and most likely 8 sizes too large for you) with sleeves that practicaly go to your knees. If you're going to do unisex, maybe research that a bit more? The quality itself of each item is cheap, scratchy, and falls apart. Its stiff, blocky, and is as uncomfortable to wear as it looks on everyone who wears it. When going through the motions to return the set I recieved, I STILL have not gotten my money back and now they are refusing to respond to the BBB (I made a complaint becasue this company is so unbelievably incompetent) and they are now refusing to give me even the clothes back, or my money. This order was almost $200, and they refuse to do anything about it. Not even credit, no money back, not even sending the horrible clothes back. Their customer service has been the most unhelpful service I have ever recieved. Usually I absolutely love companies like this, but this is the most stingy-money hungry pyramid scheme I have ever known. Disgusting.

  • I am a long time supporter of this company. Spent hundreds of dollars with them. I needed to return a hoodie, not used in original packaging. They would only offer me “store credit”. Such BS. For spending as much as I have in the past and being a loyal shopper this is the WORST customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. I emailed them to try and resolve the matter and all they said was no, and Thank you for understanding. I told them in the email that I didn’t understand and they sent back another email thanking me for understanding. So frustrating. I will never order anything from them again. They don’t seem to care if they lose customers.

  • The shedding is unreal! I do not recommend the product or this company as they make it as difficult as possible to get a refund. I am eight emails in and I’m still asking for an exception as I will not be buying future product from this company because it sheds so badly on the clothes that you wear underneath. They only offer a store credit. Buyer beware they do not mention their return policy before check out !

  • Buyer Beware. I have along with my daughter about 20 of these. No longer will we purchase more. We had 10 Pre-Orders & never received them. We’ve sent messages John always says they are looking into it but nothing ever gets done. I ordered a Teal Set for a Christmas Gift & was supposed to be here in November. With all the e-mails we sent I finally received it in January. Horrible Customer Service & it is in NO WAY THERAPEUTIC as Actual Therapist have said this everywhere. BEWARE & CK. With BBB to you will be shocked how much is not true. Just our opinion…

  • Worst company I have ever dealt with on customer service. They have been putting my refund off for four months and keep blaming it on my credit card company. My credit card company has given an ample proof that it was charged incorrectly.

  • I usually don’t waste time writing reviews, but this company made it impossible not to. They sent me the wrong item, made me wait nearly two weeks for a replacement that never existed, and then had the nerve to offer a 20% off code for a future purchase. Do they really think anyone would trust them again? I bought these items as a matching set to coordinate with my dog. That was ruined thanks to their mistakes — a crime in itself. Honestly, it’s insulting that they think a coupon somehow fixes their incompetence. This company’s fulfillment, communication, and customer service are a joke. If you want accurate orders, timely shipping, or anyone who actually cares about their customers, look literally anywhere else.

  • I’m honestly shocked. I order stuff from online all the time, but I’ve never had a company take my money, and say that they don’t have my order in the system.. I ordered the camo sweatpants in a size 7 for $50.95 (they were on sale). Well they took my money real quick, and I waited for a confirmation email, and I never got one. I reached out to customer service to see if they would just resend me the email or just my order number or something. Well the summary of the email threads over 2 days was: they wouldn’t send me the sweatpants, they acknowledged that I did in fact pay for them, and that I have to figure it out with my bank.. so I wouldn’t bother with them. Idk how you can have items over $50 and have a system that is unreliable when it comes to orders.

  • I purchased a sweatshirt and sweatpants in November - the sweatshirt was on back order but the sweatpants did get delivered. In January (January 11, 2026), I moved to a new city and changed the shipping address, as well as requested an update on my order status. The response was my order had been fulfilled in NOVEMBER but was delivered to my new address.. this is extremely concerning considering the new address did not exist in their system until January, and was not a guaranteed address of mine until December. When I brought this fact up to customer service, the response was to "look harder" at the delivery location. They are unresponsive and unhelpful. Save your money and get a sweat set from target for fraction of the cost and hassle.

  • Bought top and bottom and needed to return for different colors.. Followed the returned Policy, only received half of the money. (the items were in the original packaging and had never been worn) I tried literally 10-15 times to get customer service to get back to me, but it is just an AI bot. You cannot talk to a person. This problem could have been solved in literally less than a minute if you could talk to a person or even chat with a person online. So many other products out there that are similar. I’d rather work with a reputable company where you can actually talk to a people. So disappointing for the price. Customer service is a must when charging so much for a product you can get somewhere else.

  • I can’t tell you whether or not the clothes are nice or not but their customer service and shipping is horrible. Ordered a pink waffle lounge pants and top set for my wife at Christmas and it came in 2 shipments that took a month. They said it was delivered when only the top was and the pants hadn’t been shipped at all. Sadly it was too big and I returned it for an exchange of a smaller size. It was sent out on December 26th and we are still waiting. Customer service has been contacted several times and they say they have received the return and will be sending the replacement but it can take 5 days. 10 days later I contact them again and they say the same thing. If you say you just want your money back they say they don’t do that. They either exchange or give a store credit to rebuy something. As if you want to start that whole situation again. I’ll try again in a week and if I ever get my order will update my review. As of now I have to say you would be far better off buying clothes from anywhere else. They may not be as nice , who can say , but at least you will get the clothes that you paid for 2 months ago.

  • Poor customer service and a failing exchange system. I’ve spent 30 days trying to resolve a sizing issue with no human contact available—only automated emails. Despite their claims, my order remains "missing" in their portal. I’ve initiated a credit card chargeback as they refuse to provide a simple return.

  • I purchased some items from Comfrt for my son when I realized I had purchased the waffle sets instead of the original Comfrt sweats I started my return. My items was sent back December 27 and as of today, January 22 I have yet to receive a gift card or a refund. I have reached out multiple times to their emails. There is no phone number for them. The total of my refund is $170 if someone could please help that would be great. I really don’t want a gift card but per the email they said that’s the only way they do refunds. I will never be shopping here again so I really would just like the money back that I spent. awesome just in case if people is wondering, this was my 4th time purchase of items from them. I never thought I would have an issue if I ever needed to return anything.

  • This company is a SCAM. While your checking out they have these "Pop Up" upsell items and when you think your proceeding, you actually buying something else. THEN, there is no way to cancel. None! All they let you do is modify an item but you cannot cancel a trick upsell. It's a complete joke. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with a company like that.

  • Comfrt gets a star because I do love my leopard print sweatpants, however the airplane hoodie was seriously underwhelming and when I tried to cancel my preorder under their policy of offering a refund for pre-orders not shipped by 14 days post estimated ship date, they gave me the runaround, even though the policy is clearly stated on their website.

  • The CMFRT sweatshirt is hands down one of the most comfortable pieces I own. It is incredibly soft and cozy and feels like a warm hug every time I put it on. The fit is perfect without being too bulky and it is great for lounging at home or running errands. I love how it keeps me warm and comfortable all day and it has quickly become one of my favorite wardrobe staples. I will never buy another brand’s sweats.

  • Very true to the name… so comfortable!! I got the cloud zip up in a size medium, they do run oversized so size down if you want it more form fitting. I love the oversized feel, it’s very soft and so cute! Already ordered some more from the site!
