I am quite disappointed with how "Comfrt" handles shipping and the many excuses they give for why my order is not complete. I ordered four matching sets of sweatpants and tops, but they only shipped two tops on February 6 and 7, 2026. The entire order was supposed to be delivered by February 12, 2026, but “Comfrt” later changed the delivery date to March 9, 2026. The remaining items have not been processed for shipment. This experience has left me dissatisfied with their business practices and inconsistent response when I followed up. The 105-day delay, from November 26, 2025, to March 11, 2026, and their apparent disregard for shipping complete sets make me hesitant to recommend or shop with their company again. I highly recommend that customers avoid buying any products labeled PRE SALE, as the shipping and arrival dates will continue to change. In addition, “Comfrt” does not provide a customer service number, and there will be a delay in receiving a response to your email inquiry. They will offer discounts to make additional purchases, but your current order has been significantly delayed. And when you do not accept their discount bribe, they will tell you they cannot offer a refund, but they can place your purchase price on a gift card that you can only use with them. Their website does not share the business practice when they fail to meet their obligation. This type of business forces consumers to take their hard-earned money somewhere else, you decide.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. The sizing of each item is wildy different (and most likely 8 sizes too large for you) with sleeves that practicaly go to your knees. If you're going to do unisex, maybe research that a bit more? The quality itself of each item is cheap, scratchy, and falls apart. Its stiff, blocky, and is as uncomfortable to wear as it looks on everyone who wears it. When going through the motions to return the set I recieved, I STILL have not gotten my money back and now they are refusing to respond to the BBB (I made a complaint becasue this company is so unbelievably incompetent) and they are now refusing to give me even the clothes back, or my money. This order was almost $200, and they refuse to do anything about it. Not even credit, no money back, not even sending the horrible clothes back. Their customer service has been the most unhelpful service I have ever recieved. Usually I absolutely love companies like this, but this is the most stingy-money hungry pyramid scheme I have ever known. Disgusting.

The CMFRT sweatshirt is hands down one of the most comfortable pieces I own. It is incredibly soft and cozy and feels like a warm hug every time I put it on. The fit is perfect without being too bulky and it is great for lounging at home or running errands. I love how it keeps me warm and comfortable all day and it has quickly become one of my favorite wardrobe staples. I will never buy another brand’s sweats.

WARNING: High Price, Low Quality, Zero Support Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ I regret ever clicking "buy" on Comfrt. This company claims to support mental health, but their business practices have caused me nothing but extreme anxiety and frustration. They have lied about every single claim they make. For a brand that markets itself on "comfort" and mental health, causing this much anxiety is the ultimate irony. Buyer beware. 1. The Quality is a Joke: First off, despite the hype, none of the hoodies are weighted—not even a little bit. I received items with holes, crooked logos, and "wonky" fits. Some of the necks of the hoodies are so tight I can barely get my head through, the hoods are weirdly shaped, and the fabric bunches up awkwardly on the arms and legs. 2. Fabric & Maintenance Nightmare: The colors are inconsistent—I ordered mauve and received a color that looks like mud. The sets attract every piece of lint within a five-mile radius and are absolute stain magnets. Even before washing, they're already pilling, and following their washing instructions exactly, the set pilled even worse and immediately became less soft. I found a pound of fleece shed in my washer and dryer. They are the definition of high-maintenance for low-quality results. 3. The "Express" Shipping Scam: I paid $14.75 for 2-day express shipping, yet my order took over two weeks to arrive. Their "processing" time is a crawl, and they let you purchase items that aren't even in stock. 4. Predatory Return Policy & Non-Existent Service: This is the worst part. There is no phone number to call. They give you a tiny 5-day window to report damages, then ignore you. If you manage to get a response, they try to charge return/processing fees that aren't listed anywhere on the site. They do not give refunds. If you’re "lucky," you get a store credit minus their hidden fees. Comfrt is not worth the money, the hype, or the effort. They’ve truly only caused me mental harm through their lack of transparency and total lack of customer service. If everything doesn't go "just perfect" with your order, you are completely out of luck. Save your money and your sanity. Shop elsewhere. ***If they choose to remedy any of these situations, I'll update or make a new review.

The hoodie is terrible quality. The edge of the hoodie is bumpy and poorly constructed, I had not noticed but II see it even on the model photo, wow so poorly done! I’ve never seen anything is bad. Also hate how long it is, and fits weird (im a size small). Pants also fit weird. Asked for a refund as I can get a better and cheaper set on Amazon, they refused and only offer store credit. Horrible customer service!! I will have to file a charge back to get my money back and waste time, energy to mail this garbage back.

Comfrt has one of the finest quality sweatshirt materials that you can find. This is only my first purchase, but I will 100% be buying from them again. The color selection and the style of the hoodie is everything. I personally would recommend this product to anyone that is in need of a hoodie for any occasion. I truly have no feedback to improve this product, because it’s pretty spot on.

This Hoodie is perfect for my Chihuahua, Hope. It’s warm and very comfy. Would recommend to any and everyone. Especially dog moms with pets that have high anxiety; since these Hoodies are heavyweight to help with anxiety. Order a size down as they are oversized! I got an xxs for my 6 pound chihuahua.

Comfrt is hands down my favorite lounge set right now. The fabric is soft but structured, cozy without looking sloppy, and it still feels elevated enough to wear out. And the fact that they have matching dog outfits? Obsessed. Her sweatshirt has a leash opening and is just as soft as mine — she literally fell asleep in it. Comfy. Chic. Matching with your pup. 10/10 🐾✨

Im already wearing my brand new hoodie from Comfrt and my heart is delighted with warmth and confidence and cozy feeling! Me wearing this hoodie as an ambassador makes me feel proud and that I’m helping out with showing growth and happiness! I 100% would recommend this product to ANY of my friends or family! The comfiest hoodie i have ever owned! The material is so soft and smooth and the hoodie is nice and oversized and a little heavy, creating this feeling of safety when I wear it. And I love my matching sweatpants. I live in this thing.

This set is absolute goals when looking for a sweat set. It’s perfectly oversized so you can order your true size as well as being so comfortable you can do absolute anything in. I think this is one of the best sets I’ve ever worn.

I love how thick and warm the set is. The extra pockets also make it perfect for traveling and keeping items safe. I also love how long the pants are because I am 5’11”.

My favorite hoodie from Comfrt! It’s the perfect weight and it’s so cozy and soft!! And the berry color is GORGEOUS and so unique! It’s also super tall girl friendly which I LOVE and is super hard to find! They do run a little large so keep that in mind!

I love my new hot pink minimalist hoodie and sweatpants. The color is absolutely gorgeous. I got a size small and it fits great, a little oversized (I weigh 140lbs and I’m 5’1). I typically like my sweats oversized anyways and these are just perfect.
