Super comfy! Definitely unisex, as a female it has a great oversized fit. Love the quality of this tee!

I will say their clothing is ver well made and comfortable. But there customer service is absolutely trash. I did an exchange on 3 hoddies for a smaller size over a month ago and im still waiting for my iteams. There is no phone number for you to call, you have to send emails back and forth. It seams as though your never getting the same person emailing you so you end up repeating yourself on the issue. Very frustrating that I still have not received my exchanged iteams.

I ordered a robe in April and got it the beginning of May. When I received the robe it was quite not right so I decided to send it back. After getting the label and mailing it back I have had one terrible experience after another! They have made excuses upon excuses and as of June 12th I still haven’t received my refund!! They have done nothing but give me the run around! Customer service is horrible and there is no phone number to contact!

So comfortable and I love to wear it to bed it’s really amazing and I have a bunch at home. This is what I love to wear when I can relax and chill it’s so nice to wear and really great. I am so impressed with this company

I put in a pre-order in February 2026 for a Comfrt Lounge Set that committed to delivering by May 17, 2026. I wasn't given any updates on my order and began to get concerned as it hadn't shipped by May 10, 2026. On May 12, 2026, I noticed that my order had been refunded and cancelled and I was not notified of any issues. I had to reach out to Customer Support and find out that there was an "error with our stock count". How is there a stock error on a pre-ordered item? Why did I have to reach out to find out about this stock error? Why was this stock error not noticed until one week before the intended delivery? Why wasn't I accommodated for the inconvenience with another Comfrt Lounge Set? I would've appreciated an offer on another color or an exchange of some kind but I'm being told that I have to pre-order again. Why would I do that? Just for Comfrt to cancel one week from delivery after months of waiting again? This was an awful experience. I was relying on this gift for my wife's birthday and Comfrt did not come through for me.

I strongly advise against using the “pre-order” function with this company, especially if you are purchasing a matching set. Twice in the last six months, I have pre-ordered a top and bottom set, only to receive the bottoms while being told the top “magically” sold out. It appears their inventory system prioritizes immediate “order now” purchases over customers who secured their items in advance via pre-order. The result is that you are left paying for half an outfit that you cannot wear as intended. Their inventory management and preorder allocation process clearly needs work. Until they fix how they handle pre-orders, I would save your money and shop elsewhere.

First and foremost this review is not to be vindictive at all. This is my honest and open review. I want to share my personal experience from being a brand Ambassador off and on from 2024-2026 for brand COMFRT LLC. This is just my experience, and I have documentation to support everything I am saying. I created content, promoted their products, and used my affiliate link as required, I recently was removed from the program and told I violated guidelines, also blindly blocked from all social media - but I was never given any specific reasons, even asking several times. In the past, I also received messages from a customer service representative that I personally found unprofessional, deceitful, and uncomfortable. I have screenshots and prints of ALL of the interactions. After my recent removal, I was told that my commissions were forfeited, I asked for clarification on what guideline I violated, but I did not receive a response. As someone who works in the medical field, I wasn’t always able to attend last-minute zoom calls due to my responsibilities with patients, but I did my best to follow all expectations that were communicated to me. Im sharing this so others who are thinking of becoming part of content creating, can be aware and make informed decisions before joining certain ambassador programs. I highly recommend, you do deep research of the company you’ll be representing, ask the hard questions and really pay attention to the details. If it doesn’t feel right inside, ask yourself if it’s right for you, or if you’d want that done to you or a loved one, really pay attention to those reviews, beware of the reviews that sound repetitive in nature, also make sure there are no lawsuits against that said company. These are just some of my tips I have learned from representing several companies. As far as there products go, I own several sets, most are very nice quality, I never had a issue with delivery rather it be from there actual website or TikTok shop, and my orders always came within reason, other then pre-orders… I do not recommend pre ordering, it can be very delayed. The cloud sets, I do love these sets but they lint horrible, The zip up is large very large so size down at least 2 sizes, I am a extra large and I could of got away with a medium. I do see a lot of complaints with those specific sets. So yes they lint, no matter what you do with your laundry, and there very large in the zip ups, bottoms are true to size The con of this company are there return policy, they will not return for money, it will be abrasive in communication, they give store credit, and that it determined on rather the product is on sale. So if you bought something for $40 and it goes on sale $30, you’ll get $ 30 in store credit and not what you paid for. They have one source of customer service and it’s email only…. There also a remote company, so, thats why its email only. Like many companies are know. So a response can be a lengthy wait time, or even if you get a response at all. They do state that they promote mental health advocacy, however from my personal experience, I would have to say this is not the impression I personally got from this company, I am someone who works with clients who suffer mental illness, and I suffer myself also, and I did not feel well mentally from how I was treated. Again my own personal experience, like I said I’m not a vindictive person, they have a great product, but have room to improve, with customer service and treatment of customers etc.

The CMFRT sweatshirt is hands down one of the most comfortable pieces I own. It is incredibly soft and cozy and feels like a warm hug every time I put it on. The fit is perfect without being too bulky and it is great for lounging at home or running errands. I love how it keeps me warm and comfortable all day and it has quickly become one of my favorite wardrobe staples. I will never buy another brand’s sweats.

This is my first time buying from Comfrt , I can say I definitely can say I will be buying again !!! This brand is the most comfiest and amazing quality I’ve ever owned . I will be now on recommending comfrt!!!

This hoodie is everything!! It is so buttery soft, cozy, oversized, and feels so good to be wearing!! I’m typically between XL/XXL for tops, but purchased an XL in this as it was a mega oversized fit, and it still fits very oversized!! So excited to finally own a comfrt hoodie and cannot wait to purchase more in the future!! :)

Soooo comfy!! Feels like im wearing a cloud, perfect for chilling at home or running errands in. Never put on a hoodie (and sweats) that have been so soft and comfy! Highly recommend!

Received my matching set yesterday and couldn’t wait to try it on! First off, the packaging was absolutely on point with cute little quotes to get you through the day. I’m so in love with the matching set and I cannot WAIT to order another one. It’s so soft and comforting and I absolutely love the oversized look and the hood and the hoodie is nice and big which I love!

so comfortable, soft interior, feels so good to wear large pockets with room for phone etc. big hood and loose neck, not too tight at all oversized perfectly, aswell as slightly weighted and thick for comfortable living. aswell, so stylish!

It’s soft, comfortable and extremely versatile. Definitely one of my favorite articles of clothing. This would be my fourth purchase and I’ll definitely be buying more.

I recently tried these sweatpants and I love how comfortable and flattering they are. The material feels really soft but still holds its shape, which I appreciate especially for workouts. I’ve already worn them multiple times and they still look good

I love the oversize fit and the incredibly soft material inside! The hood is a perfect fit for that loose feel- the sleeves are a bit long but I just roll the cuff once

i will never buy from comfrt again. they are not a trustworthy company. i realized they made me buy a size i couldnt wear (2XL) because my size was sold out. i emailed for a return as SOON as i bought it. they got back to me way late telling me to wait until i got it in the mail. as soon as i did, they supposedly told me it was too late for a refund now and they refused to refund it and said they would just give me free points for their company 🙄. i refused and tried disputing. ive tried emailing them for weeks with proof about me emailing them as soon as i bought it with my card. the whole time they’d email me like 4 days later multiple times or no response at all until i emailed a follow up. so yay, i have a $70 worth of sweatpants just sitting in my closet untouched because 1 single leg is bigger than my whole body. i will forever make sure people doesn’t buy from this company.
