Comfrt reviews and discussion

4.4

86% of reviewers would recommend to a friend

Reviews mention

  • Buttery-soft, plush fabric
  • Rich, earthy color palette
  • Oversized, flattering silhouettes
  • Thoughtful, travel-ready pockets
  • Inconsistent, variable sizing
  • Occasional linting and pilling
  • Sleeves and inseams run long
  • Inconsistent weighted sensation

Comfrt earns rave reviews for ultra-soft, thick, slightly weighted hoodies, sweatpants, and blankets that feel like a warm hug and stay cozy after washes, but reviews also flag serious issues with customer service, refunds, returns, shipping, and preorder delays. Reviews praise the oversized, flattering fit, rich color options, pet-matching pieces, and travel-friendly pockets, while criticizing inconsistent sizing, fabric shedding/pilling, and claims of “weighted” feel not always matching expectations.

Sizing is off, fabric is cheap, color doesn't look like the picture. TERRIBLE customer service, refuses to work with customer even after products haven't been touched
