I regret ever clicking "buy" on Comfrt. This company claims to support mental health, but their business practices have caused me nothing but extreme anxiety and frustration. They have lied about every single claim they make. For a brand that markets itself on "comfort" and mental health, causing this much anxiety is the ultimate irony. Buyer beware.
1. The Quality is a Joke: First off, despite the hype, none of the hoodies are weighted—not even a little bit. I received items with holes, crooked logos, and "wonky" fits. Some of the necks of the hoodies are so tight I can barely get my head through, the hoods are weirdly shaped, and the fabric bunches up awkwardly on the arms and legs.
2. Fabric & Maintenance Nightmare: The colors are inconsistent—I ordered mauve and received a color that looks like mud. The sets attract every piece of lint within a five-mile radius and are absolute stain magnets. Even before washing, they're already pilling, and following their washing instructions exactly, the set pilled even worse and immediately became less soft. I found a pound of fleece shed in my washer and dryer. They are the definition of high-maintenance for low-quality results.
3. The "Express" Shipping Scam: I paid $14.75 for 2-day express shipping, yet my order took over two weeks to arrive. Their "processing" time is a crawl, and they let you purchase items that aren't even in stock.
4. Predatory Return Policy & Non-Existent Service: This is the worst part. There is no phone number to call. They give you a tiny 5-day window to report damages, then ignore you. If you manage to get a response, they try to charge return/processing fees that aren't listed anywhere on the site. They do not give refunds. If you’re "lucky," you get a store credit minus their hidden fees.
Comfrt is not worth the money, the hype, or the effort. They’ve truly only caused me mental harm through their lack of transparency and total lack of customer service. If everything doesn't go "just perfect" with your order, you are completely out of luck.
Save your money and your sanity. Shop elsewhere.
