I ordered a robe in April and got it the beginning of May. When I received the robe it was quite not right so I decided to send it back. After getting the label and mailing it back I have had one terrible experience after another! They have made excuses upon excuses and as of June 12th I still haven’t received my refund!! They have done nothing but give me the run around! Customer service is horrible and there is no phone number to contact!
