Chewy is my go to for all things dogs. The shipping is incredibly fast which I’m so grateful as my dogs food gets real low. I love the auto ship discount and the ease of the website. They always have good recommendations and add one at a discount

Really impressed with Chewy, they always have quick shipping and often have great deals or promos. I did try their membership service but was a little underwhelmed with it. Maybe it would make sense if you have a LOT of pets, but for my two dogs it didn't really save us much money. Pictured is the Frisco dog bed - this is probably the best thing I've gotten from Chewy for the price!

I love chewy and we always order our dog food from chewy. They always have sales and promotions of all the same brands and they ship everything very fast. They also will return any dog food if it’s not right or they will tell you to donate it. Very good company and easy customer care.

I’ve always loved Chewy’s selection and prices, but what truly sets them apart is their customer service. Every time I’ve had an issue, they’ve gone above and beyond to make it right. I especially appreciate that they never ask you to return items that didn’t work for your pet — instead, they encourage you to donate or gift them. That kind of compassion and practicality is rare. Chewy has earned my loyalty.

I have just spoken to someone at your customer care line. The call lasted 3:36 minutes. I called as my package is late and still hasn’t arrived. I ordered in advance so that my cats would get their food. I now have no food and the lady I spoke to on the phone was so rude and accused me of shouting at her and fighting with her for 10 minutes. When I told her our call was just over three minutes she put the phone down on me. She was so ugly to me who is the paying customer. I will never order from Chewy again. Very said that your employees treat customers so badly. What happened to kind people??? So very sad for your company. Worst service ever

I’ve been using Chewy.com for years now. They sell great pet products, pet food and medicine. I’ve been lucky enough to have coupons to get even better deals with them. Their customer service is top notch and the products are always quality.

Chewy has been a great place to get dog food and pet items like toys and leashes and collars. A very good customer service support system. A little unfortunate with these New Zealand snacks that were sent to me and they kept on being several months past expire. And when a new replacement was given that was also expired. It happened multiple times. So just a little frustrating all the time and effort to explain the situation and get expired treats. Other than those New Zealand treats it has been good.

I cannot speak enough good things about chewy. From their customer support to their products, it’s a pet owners dream to shop here. Fast and free delivery (either using chewy+ or meeting the minimum). Anytime I’ve had an issue, I’ve called and received assistance immediately with a friendly representative.

I highly recommend chewy pharmacy for those with kiddo's who need meds. It's affordable and they're really good at connecting with your vet office to make sure you gets pet meds filled on time and affordably.

I love Chewy. Their website is so easy to navigate. They recommend pet items specifically for me as the consumer. For example, they don't recommend dog items because that's not my pet situation. I would recommend checking them out!

Chewy always has great deals on toys, treats, and heartworm medication for my dog. Every once in a while I will do a price comparison between Chewy and Amazon and Petco and PetSmart and Chewy is always either better or the same.

I personally like chewy, I’ve had no problems with my orders. They always have the right items in there, and it always comes on time. It also has the lowest prices for any meds you may need for your pet!
