Cards Against Humanity

4.5

Cards Against Humanity wins big in reviews for delivering uproarious, easy-to-learn party play that sparks belly laughs, quick bonding, and late-night chaos—especially with larger groups and expansion packs—so yes, it works. Reviews also flag clear drawbacks: humor can be crass/NSFW and alienating for sensitive or mixed-age crowds, cards lose shock value with repetition, and some prompts feel dated or hard to play with certain audiences.

I’ve played this game at every game night I’ve attended. It’s always fun!

Super fun game
This game is fun. for with friends or date night. love how you can keep adding on with new themed decks.
Great concept. Obviously very crude though. You have to have a certain personality to enjoy.

Too R-rated for me

super fun to play with friends and a go-to game for our board game nights. target is selling their expansion packs now too. would say durability of cards is an issue and they should improve that
I love this idea and I think under influnce this can be fun, depend how the saying are delivered. As just cards on a normal evening, I did unfortunately not find this extremly amusing.
Such a fun game to stir the pot lol. These cards are out of pocket, don’t play with your parents!! Shows you who your friends really are. Absolutely a must have in the household
A way for adults to relive their childhood through card games, that are explicitly for the adult audience.
The concept of the game is fun but some of the cards a bit much when playing with your parents or people your not 100% comfortable with. But depending on who your playing with, it can be a game which causes lots of laughs (and cringes)
I've got to tell you, Christmas wouldn't be the same without the annual tradition of cracking open a brand new Cards Against Humanity expansion pack. It's the one gift I eagerly ask for every year, and for good reason – this game is an absolute riot. The Perfect Christmas Request: Cards Against Humanity is that rare gem that never gets old. Every year, when I tear off the wrapping paper to find a new expansion, it's like discovering comedic gold. The concept of filling in the blanks with the most outrageous, often wildly inappropriate phrases is genius, and it's the kind of humor that gets funnier with every play. A Family Affair: What sets Cards Against Humanity apart is that I can share the laughs with my parents. Yes, you read that right – this game bridges the generation gap with humor that's so wrong it's right. There's something oddly heartwarming about sharing such dark humor with the folks who raised you. It's become a tradition that's strengthened our bond and given us endless inside jokes. The Challenge of Expansion: As the years have gone by, my collection of Cards Against Humanity cards has grown to epic proportions. Managing them became a bit of a logistical puzzle, especially when new expansions kept rolling in. I had to invest in a special container to keep everything organized. It might seem like a small detail, but it's made the whole experience even better. Now, all the cards are neatly stored and ready for action whenever we break out the game. In Closing: Cards Against Humanity isn't just a card game; it's a tradition that's etched into our holiday celebrations. Every Christmas, I eagerly await the new expansion, knowing it'll provide fresh, outrageous material for hours of laughter. If you want a game that brings people together, no matter how wrong the humor may be, Cards Against Humanity is the way to go. Just be ready to invest in some card storage as your collection inevitably grows – it's a small price to pay for the endless joy this game brings.
Best adult game ever… drinking game makes it even crazier!
This game is always fun to get a big group of people together and play. It gives you a good laugh and just a fun time if you’re looking to stay in with a group of friends. Or if you’re looking for alternatives to going out.
This game was staple entertainment a number of years ago. We had invested in several expansion packs. Many great nights were had with lots of laughs. Eventually, it seemed to get a bit repetitive. Unfortunately the cards have been sitting untouched for a couple years.

Such a fun game to play with others. Reminds me of adult version Apples to Apples! Highly recommend as a party game!

My friend has this game and we always have a lot of fun when playing this game! Avoid it, when you take things too seriously. 😁
This game is fun only when you play it once in a blue moon.
This game is really enjoyable. Sometimes, I'm not sure what to do at parties, but having a small card game helps break the awkward tension. This game definitely did that, and it also adds more fun to the night.
